Thought we would try this location due to it being fairly new....WORST pizza I've ever purchased...the pizza and breadsticks were burnt and they forgot my sauces. When I went back in to get my sauces I had to wait 5 minutes due to the the employees (1 being male and 2 being female) hanging out in the back of the store... take your hard earned money to Marcos down the street.. this place seems to be full of careless children and will probably not last very long.. the only thing correct were my drinks. Get it together!

Always a great experience. I know how understaffed they are and understand sometimes deliveries are going to be an hour or two. They're doing the best they can. Keep up the great work !

If I can give them zero stars I would. The night manager has the worst customer service. My order was made wrong and when I called to ask about it. She had no concern she immediately said she would only refund one of the pizzas. I didn’t ask for a refund, I just simply wanted it remade. They were out of ingredients and she said she called to tell us but I never received a phone call. I showed her and she said well I did. When my husband picked up the pizza she didn’t even bother to tell him they were out so they made adjustments. She never apologized for making the pizzas wrong. When I went to pick up the new pizza, she still had a nasty attitude and the absolute worst customer service. I will go back to ordering fromJfK or Jacksonville for sure. Absolutely do not recommend this location unless these people get better customer service or new staff.
