Got the Works, but no olives or mushrooms in it ,then had to wait because they had to remake one of three pizzas, maybe they remade the wrong one?

Ordered food two whole hours ago and it hasn't arrived! Been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes and they keep sending my calls to the automated answering service. Do NOT patronize such ineptitude!

Tried the thin crust again but it was bad. No taste, crust like cardboard. Next time tried hand made, not much taste and the bottom layer was tuff

Other than getting the thin crust I ordered, it was pretty good. I can't eat the thick crust so had to just eat the toppings

Absolutely worst customer service ever. My wife, only wanted blue cheese with her meal. They forgot. No big deal I’ll call them…. Right? Wrong… I’m offered for them to bring 1.50$ of blue cheese back to our home instead of crediting her meal. My pizza was fine no complaints…but absolutely ridiculous. Make it right. Order#0091

I absolutely love Papa John's, it's the next best thing to what I grew up on as a kid (NY and NJ pizza!). Considering where I live, it's near impossible to find authentic pizza like NY and NJ, so I have to resort to other pizza places. I've tried most of them, Dominios, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy's, and not saying they aren't good either, but Papa John's is my favorite around here. The crust has a better taste to me, the cheese dipping sauce is amazing, as is their garlic butter sauce, and the banana peppers are hands down the best I've had from any fast-food chains pizza places. The only compliant I can have is that at this specific location the drive thru is on a decently steep hill and I have driving on I30, but I'm not deducting stars off that. The guy who was at the window was polite and friendly and was a nice, smooth, quick pick up order.

After 25 minutes on hold a girl gets on the phone and says "please hold" and back on hold another 10 minutes before I hung up. This place has gone to hell since They changed management in 2019. This use to be our go to place for Pizza. I stopped going to the Benton location. Bryant Papa Johns has much better customer service.

Pizza was delivered exactly on time and the order was correct. We ordered the Supreme. Reason for three stars is because of the lack of cheese in the center of the pizza. This caused the loose toppings to fall off when picking up a slice resulting in half naked slices which needed to have topping scooped back on. Also, almost no sauce on the pizza. Otherwise it was ok.

Good service. Order was ready on arrival. The pizza was very good with lots of cheese and toppings. A container of garlic dipping sauce was added. Drive up window is on a steep incline, hard to get to and exit or it would be 5 star.
