The guy here mid 30's from maybe near Saudi Arabia. He is quick fast and respectful. I walked in told him I couldn't take longer than 10. He said "I only need 5", so I said okay (In my heading thinking "yea right"). He did it in 6 mintues. To activate a new account, as long as you answer his questions when given, you'll be in an out. Great service 5 Stars

There is good customer support. I went to change a phone because the screen was broken. They transfered all the information from one to other for $23. It took about 2 hours, and they did a good job.
