This used to be my favorite late-night McDonald's, but now on 2 separate occasions I've visited with an app order, and the girl with burn marks all over her arms has told me the app orders aren't working, and I'd have to place the order with them. I was then double-charged, and this same girl told me "Just request a refund in the app". There is NO such function, and she should know this before blindly suggesting it to a customer, rather than owning your mistake and issuing a refund right there. I wrote support in the app, who referred me to a support number, who told me that someone would contact me. I highly doubt this will happen, so I won't be visiting this location again.

I came into this McDonald's late at nights only to be greeted by the more wonderful young lady at the window with a upbeat attitude. She was at nice as nice can be, with a smile on her face. Just a good soul. The food was hot and right on time.

first time at this McDonalds after moving down the street and I’m so impressed! we did dine in bc the drive thru like was so long- it was quick and efficient. the person who brought our food to the table even asked if we’d care for any sauces or anything else, and happily got us some ketchup and a water cup. with such incredible and kind service if I wasn’t eating a cheeseburger I would’ve thought I was in a chick fil a! will definitely be back.

My order has been wrong at least twice here. On top of that, I go order food at 2:30 am and they tell me they’re closed until 4am when no where online it says they’re closed (they’re supposed to be open 24 hours). They need to do better. This is on management.. ridiculous.

10/8/22 drive thru workers at 5pm showed nothing but attitude and laziness. Short responses and even questioned "hello??" In a demeaning way when I paused for a second to think of my order. Terrible service. Terrible place. Won't be coming back to this hell hole

8/29/22: Have to lower stats further. Been here 3 more times and they are struggling hard to keep order. Missed items constantly. Owner needs to step in. Nice people working here, but they are often struggling inside. Not the most professional, though nice. The place is always a little unkempt as well. The owner needs to step it up, train employees better and help them succeed. As it is now, they are floundering and hurting their business.

8am walk in to order, not only does the computer system glitch and lose my order forcing me to wait 15 minutes to resubmit my reward code but EVERY table in the restaurant is dirty. It's not like we are in the middle of multiple pandemics or anything. On top of this a large table with multiple outlets to charge electronic devices does not work and neither do several of the wall outlets. This is my second disappointing experience with this location in less than a week and I would say the level of sanitation in the dining room is subpar and needs some attention.
