5 Best fast food restaurant in Winter Park, Florida (FL) 2024

I love Wawa. The location is very clean and staff is helpful. The air pump is unfortunately broken and the key pad to use your Apple wallet was also broken. Outside of that, it was a great experience. ~Tim

This store is typically great. However this is the 3rd instance where I have attempted to go to the store for something later in the evening and either the doors are locked or in this instance an employee and 2 other individuals are standing outside and one stated that the store is closed. It was a Saturday around 10:30 pm. As we drove away I looked up the hours which said 24 hours. So I called the store and an employee answered and when I asked why they said they were closed they said it was because only one employee was on shift. So not sure who the other 2 individuals were but it was made clear the store was closed. So please either update your hours, or man your store properly to accommodate the hours listed. Or if you close your store and are gas only after a certain time then list that. I know I cannot be the only person turned away for this reason. But, I was just trying to fulfill a serious craving for some boiled peanuts and an icee only to be sorely disappointed. ~Katherine

To the owners/district manager of this branch: Please call the branch on Orlando Ave in Winter Park, and ask how they run their restaurant. I don't know how your branch on University Blvd managed to survive for many years, and I don't know why I keep on giving it another chance every once in a while, but the people running this branch have been trying real hard to bankrupt it and become unemployed in the process, and so far they have failed. I have not even had a mediocre sandwich in this location, they are borderline edible. Over-cooked to become a dry mess with completely flattened bun to go along. You can't be that bad consistently. There must be a guideline in a restaurant like BK. These people almost always forget to resupply, are out of basic stuff, and when they are not, they make sure to destroy cooking them. The junk they serve feels like they were cooked the day before, and are heated for the next day. This branch represents the absolute bottom in Burger King world. Call the Orlando Ave franchisee and learn how they do it right. Their stuff is always top notch like European Burger Kings. Properly maintained and managed. Cooked right, served right. ~Ahmet

Completely unorganized. The cashier barely speaks English and can't input half the items on the order. One out of three sandwiches we had to wait for, for 20 minutes. The cook said he didn't know how to male the sandwich so it just simply wasn't made. One employee touching money then touching bare food without cleaning hands in between. Also two other customers having issues and one wanting a refund. Absolute trash. Burger King needs to shut their doors finally. ~David

I came into this McDonald's late at nights only to be greeted by the more wonderful young lady at the window with a upbeat attitude. She was at nice as nice can be, with a smile on her face. Just a good soul. The food was hot and right on time. ~curtis
