I’m giving it 3 stars since at least I did get my package easily, but on the website for this location it does list “General Delivery” so I had something shipped to here since I currently don’t have a permanent address, but when I checked the shipping status today it said “returned to sender because the specified address was unknown.” I first tried calling but couldn’t get anyone to speak to so I drove here. The man who helped me and ended up easily finding my package was sort of nice but he acted like it was obvious that I can’t get anything shipped here but I can to the downtown location. I’m sorry but lots of people move to Florida including myself or just temporarily live here so we don’t know all the rules about everything here, especially if it contradicts what’s posted online. Again, at least I still got my package. ~Charity

I love Wawa. The location is very clean and staff is helpful. The air pump is unfortunately broken and the key pad to use your Apple wallet was also broken. Outside of that, it was a great experience. ~Tim

So happy to be a member at this gym! Very spacious with lots of equipment, and the staff is the best I’ve seen. Very personable and kind. I have been doing physical training sessions as well and am excited about the progress they have helped me achieve! ~Abby

My issue is similar to several others. The gym itself is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and typically professional. That is, UNLESS you have an issue with their billing. At that point they act as if you are the first person that ever had this issue. My daughter worked out here for 2 years while in school. She moved for her first job and cancelled to join a new gym in Michigan. 3 months after her written cancellation, my card was billed for personal training sessions. The manager always promises to resolve the issue. It appears they use a third party billing company. I would not recommend joining this gym unless they offer a month to month plan. ~Karen

This is the best pet store in Winter Park Florida!!! Exceptional grooming service, clean and well stocked store as well as sales staff that are always at hand if you need help with something. One star just so I can leave this review. (0 Stars is what's deserved) Went inside to prepay for gas. Female worker behind the register was on the phone the ENTIRE time. Customers were attempting to pay, she had to ask over and over again, because...SHE IS ON THE PHONE. It was my turn to prepay for my gas, and I approached. I hadn't even opened my mouth and she proceeds to give me a money total, that was not mine. Seriously?! I had to tell her 3 times, I was prepaying for gas. A gentleman walked in asking for a receipt for a pump. She told him she didn't have any. None. I made sure to check my bank statement asap. ~ed
