I’m giving it 3 stars since at least I did get my package easily, but on the website for this location it does list “General Delivery” so I had something shipped to here since I currently don’t have a permanent address, but when I checked the shipping status today it said “returned to sender because the specified address was unknown.” I first tried calling but couldn’t get anyone to speak to so I drove here. The man who helped me and ended up easily finding my package was sort of nice but he acted like it was obvious that I can’t get anything shipped here but I can to the downtown location. I’m sorry but lots of people move to Florida including myself or just temporarily live here so we don’t know all the rules about everything here, especially if it contradicts what’s posted online. Again, at least I still got my package.

Ive been going to this post office for a while. They have always been so nice and respectful. The kiosk is extremely helpful if you are trying to get in and out quickly. The employees are helpful and very nice. After having an awful experience at the Fern Park Post Office, they were kind to me, ensured me that my package would get there on time (which it did) and gave me tips on the next time I send a package and how to save money. The man that took care of me was Richard. He was so nice and extremely helpful.

One time they lost my package, but the man I worked with was very helpful. They located the package same day, he called me, and I picked it up. This is my post office of choice and even when I moved closer to another one, I drove to this location to do my mailing.

The people complaining about this place being busy...do you just expect people to be waiting on you whenever you snap your fingers? Maybe you should go behind the counter and try to deal with someone like you. Pretty sure that would change your perspective on the service. The staff were very helpful and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. when you go somewhere KNOWN to be busy..idk...like the USPS, maybe you should come prepared and have everything you need in hand, with everything prepackaged and ready to be weighed and addressed to the appropriate parties.

I NEVER write reviews but the customer service at this location was SO POOR, I feel like I had to post something. The fact that this location is still open and/or have not cleaned house is beyond me. To start, I had a package delivered at my house (whom the sender SPECIFICALLY PAID for no signature required express shipping), since I was not home at the time they left a slip on my door step that it could be picked up the next day after 9 am. Well, I was there right on the dot at 9 am seeing how I NEEDED my package the day before and that didn't even happen. The door on the location says 9 am, however once you're in the building there is a door that states "this door will not be opened until 9:30 am". I waited around for more than 30 minutes for them to open the door and every single person was rude and unapologetic. 1. If you do not open until 9:30, change the door. 2. If you do not open until 9:30 tell your drivers to not leave notes saying otherwise. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Oh, and when you try to call the location it just rings busy.. absolutely no help what so ever.

Have had two packages sent back because they were too big. Instead of putting them in the big package lock boxes or leaving me a note they just left them at the post office without any notice. So after 2 weeks they were sent back. There was a third time when I called saying the tracking number told me it was there. They told that if i didn't get a slip they don't have it. Went in with my ID and it was there.

Even though I was cooking lunch in the kitchen, (that could be clearly seen through the door), the postmaster still left a note for me to sign authorizing a package delivery. She didn't even ring the doorbell. I also went online to made sure the authorization was completed. That was 6/9/2015. I've called the post office directly but it rings and rings. No voice mail or human answers. Also, no response to my note I clipped to the mailbox. Today is 6/16. I've yet to receive my package. It's my very important medications. Absolutely unacceptable service!
