I asked her for a suggestion on a certain concealer, and instead of just giving me a quick answer, she asked me my preferences/likes, and checked in with me to see if I actually liked her recommendation. I ended up buying the concealer because it was a perfect match for me! She is very amicable and welcoming. The guy (who I assumed to be the manager) was awesome as well.

Rude customer service from a larger woman with dark hair. Tried to touch my phone when I pulled up the app to ask about a product and she didn’t make any effort to help with anything ( literally just told me to check the app if it was in stock here) instead of taking the time to check the shelf or ask others for product feedback. She also gave me attitude when I told her not to touch my phone. We are still in a pandemic and regardless you should never try to touch someone else’s phone screen unless asked to. Asked another employee for help with a concealer and she didn’t seem to have any helpful info or experience with the product. I usually love Sephora stores in the twin cities but will never come back to this location.

Went there twice this month (for the first time). Some of the employees have cold attitude and side-eyeing everything I do. Interrupting my shopping experience every 2 minutes. (Is it like this at other Sephoras?) When finally checking out, one of the managers asked who was helping me. Like they needed me to name specific employees (really? I dont care to read people's name tags. I'm just there to go buy my thing and get out.) It's like Sephora doesn't trust their customers and their own employees. Everyone is constantly watched by eagles from top down. If you have a problem with thieves, hire security guards or get a detector at the door.. And do people actually steal in this Woodbury location??? Sorry for the rant. Probably the worst customer experience I've been through besides Walmart. I'm buying my items online to save myself from this annoying experience.

The only person that was actually helpful was the guy working there. Once I got to the cash rep the girl pretended go compliment my purse to she could see inside in. She probably thought I was stealing. I just had an uneasy feeling the whole time shopping there. I'll stick to ulta from now on. Avoid this location.

The associates at this location helped me completely revamp my skin routine and gave me honest, thoughtful advice based on my skin. They asked lots of questions to make sure they understood my needs and recommended products at their store and even at other places, showing that they really cared about helping me and not just making a sale. All the products that they recommended have been working beautifully and I am so happy with my routine. I will 100% be returning to this location regularly!
