CVS offers a great shopping experience. The store is clean and well organized and I find a number of brands here that other stores do not have. Plus, they consistently offer savings and rewards which really add up : )

The pharmacist that works here is a joke. I think her name is Marina or something. When I called about an issue regarding my medication refill (my previous CVS store had closed without notifying me, I had to transfer my prescription to this store, that’s a whole other issue), she spoke to me in a very unprofessional and condescending way. At times it felt like she didn’t even want to assist and was just trying to quickly get me off the phone. Instead of being polite and maybe offering solutions, she would be very short and just say “I can’t help you” over and over again and would talk over me. The team members I spoke with before were so much more polite than her. I hope she learns some people skills! Good grief!

Very difficult for people with disabilities to pick up prescription. Drive thru closed frequently forcing a long walk from the door to the pharmacy and a long wait while standing in line for service. Definitely not disability friendly.

The front store manager has to be the rudest person to deal with. When using self check out as asked by this manager it started giving me an error which she started standing next to me and rolling her eyes. A customer asked where the sunscreen was located and she’s like yeah down there right there in front of you. Please find someone else for us to deal with.

The staff have always been friendly and professional. The wait times can be poor, but at Ieast I have always gotten my medication which is more than can be said about another pharmacy I reviewed. Wait times are really my only complaint.

Never answer the phone. They should just remove it and say they don't take phone calls. The sad thing is the staff in the pharmacy is very sweet and awesome and unfortunately like everybody else they are extremely short staffed. The people that work at the front end should be trained to help support in the pharmacy. Or perhaps CVS should stop taking new customers in this location. When you finally do get to interact with somebody from the pharmacy they are amazing absolutely amazing. It really is sad that they had no staff.

FYI to everyone. If you need to speak with anyone from the pharmacy DO NOT call. They will not answer the phone. I spent a total of an hour of waiting on hold trying to do a simple task over the phone with a pharmacist, however after multiple attempts and sitting on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I finally became too flipping angry, I physically went to the store. While standing waiting in line, their phone was ringing consistently the whole time. Not one person made a single attempt to pick it up. This is highly unacceptable, especially during a pandemic when some people are still trying to social distance or limit their exposure to public facilities.

If I could give them a zero I would. I’m from az and wife’s on pain management due to several spinal surgeries that didn’t correct the issue. Excruciating pain daily. This pharmacy got her prescription electronically on 09/01/2021 to be filled on the 9th. So I called on the 9th and he informed me the meds was out of stock. Ok no biggie order it and get it in stock. It’s now 6 days post fill date and we still do not have the script. My wife is bed ridden with no pain meds. Disgusting unsympathetic people there. How can one pharmacy have so many bad reviews?

Worst store on the planet! Everything is marked wrong, shelf tags say one thing and it rings up differently every time. Manager doesn’t care. 5 items and all items wrongly priced. 3 times in 3 mos ive shopped here and I will NEVER shop at CVS again. This CVS store should be closed. It’s a shame. Where is Corporate to revamp this store? Your loosing a lot of money CVS, obviously you don’t care, typical today’s world. No care no concern

It was their first COVID vaccination day and the staff at this CVS were wonderful. From the greeter, the pharmacy staff and the kind woman who waited with you after the shot... everyone was friendly, helpful and the process went very smoothly. I’d recommend this staff /store to others. Thanks, CVS!
