I was in the store today a bought a 24 pack of Cesar dog food. The price was $40.22. With a coupon for 10% off it was $38.83. The same food at Pet Smart is $24.00 plus tax. Shop Smart. I wish I had.

I took my white boxer, Diesel to get a bath at the Aloma store. I also had his nails filed down by Amanda. Christine was helpful and Amanda in grooming did a great job. Diesel doesn’t like to have his nails done because prior experiences weren’t good. Will be going back to that location. Great services

This has always been a five star store for me until today. I had a food emergency, my dogs will only eat one brand of food that only Pet Suplies Plus has. I had been in the hospital for a few days and got home and was told they had no food left. They close at 7pm on Sundays, it was 6:50, I was 10 mins away. I got there a couple seconds before 7. They already had the doors locked and pretended like they didn't see me standing there, they completely ignored me. I had even called ahead of time and explained the situation. They said if I got there at 7 I'd be ok. I wouldn't expect that from them. It's crushing because I did love this place.

Grooming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the groomers here do such an amazing job. I also love how they remember Queso and Rosy each time we drop them off. Our dog Rosy is older and she’s a handful but we trust the groomers here. Rosy has to be picked up a certain way and they remember each time. Our dog Queso was nervous most of the time we drop him off for grooming but I believe he has warmed up to them here at Pet Supplies plus. All of the staff are kind, polite and complimentary of our fur babies. Great place for your fur fam

Pick-up is a breeze! Delivery is also a wonderful option. My favorite perk are the amazing coupons I get! I've never paid full price for my dog food!!!

It was my first time at this location. I was not greeted when I walked in, but the couple that walked in after me were greeted. I found what I wanted, the store was clean. But when I checked out, the young lady looked like she'd didn't want to be there. She never offered me a bag for my purchase. And seemed put out when I asked for the receipt. Also didn't thank me or anything. I will come back here cause it's close to the house, but hopefully I don't have to encounter this young lady.

Tried for 5 days to pick up a 30 lb. bag of a certain food for my dog. They were out of stock, but had 15 lb bags. I asked if I could get 2 15lb bags for the price of a 30 lb. bag. A big no!! Even though the 15 lb bags had been sitting there for 5 days. I guess they just lost a very loyal customer!
