This store is typically great. However this is the 3rd instance where I have attempted to go to the store for something later in the evening and either the doors are locked or in this instance an employee and 2 other individuals are standing outside and one stated that the store is closed. It was a Saturday around 10:30 pm. As we drove away I looked up the hours which said 24 hours. So I called the store and an employee answered and when I asked why they said they were closed they said it was because only one employee was on shift. So not sure who the other 2 individuals were but it was made clear the store was closed. So please either update your hours, or man your store properly to accommodate the hours listed. Or if you close your store and are gas only after a certain time then list that. I know I cannot be the only person turned away for this reason. But, I was just trying to fulfill a serious craving for some boiled peanuts and an icee only to be sorely disappointed. ~Katherine

The pharmacist took time from his busy schedule to be on hold with my son doctor to make sure the medicine was sent over. The pharmacist was on hold for a long time and he still made sure the situation was taken care of. I really appreciate you! He was amazing ~Jeniffer

We tried to call the store as we had a pickup order and it was pouring down rain and we were trying to contact store to say we would wait until after storm quit but three calls went straight to the pharmacy which closes 3 hours before the store! It was a shame that the lady had to come out in such bad weather which started just minutes before we arrived. Tech people need to have link to store NOT PHARMACY. Sorry she had to get wet! ~MARILYNN

rude gas station attendant.. apparently he was the only person in the store and needed to lock the doors in order to restock, which I understand, but he only explained this AFTER making sarcastic comments AND would not even give a timeframe of when they would reopen ~C

This review is long overdue! We came to Trustco as first time home buyers. Arcenet, the bank manager is amazing. She guided us through the entire mortgage process and was always there when we had a question. She even took the time to attend our closing.
