Terrible Costume Service. You tell them what you need and they say sit down. They don't tell you how long, they pretty much forget that you are there and ignore what you are there for.

I'm an App and ATM person when it comes to banking. But luckily for me this branch is close to my residence, and from the very first time my family and I have received the most incredible customer service that could be offered! My gratitude and appreciation goes specially towards Leonard, Mitzy and Janice. 20 stars for them all!!

Very busy…. Here to check to make sure that this check I have to deposit correctly. I am currently using the app, and it is pretty good. However it dose not work on deposit 100% of the time. Some time my client will sign their name so sloppy that it written over the routing or bank account numbers. If I try to deposit something like this usually will not work and takes 3-5 business days to find out about this. Worst part is I don't get any notification about the check not being deposited. Something I have to keep an eye on. Also I'm not sure why you had two employee and one went home as the line grew from 3 people to 8 people in the 45 min that i was waiting for. Just one teller when I was completed with the deposit and it was closing time, looking at the line still 5 more people to process.

This is the most frustrating and uncaring wasting of their customers time that I've seen at any Bank. I arrived at the Bank at 3:30pm only after wasting my time going to another BOA who for some reason does not have any bank executives that can do wire transfer. The issue: There were only two bank executive helping clients when arrived at the Aloma Branch 3:30pm, the Bank Manager and a Bank executive. The Bank manager spent over 50 mins teaching an elderly women what an app (BOA App) is and how to download it. The elder just wanted to open an account and get checks, however the Bank manager was insistent on making her get the BOA app. After watching the poor old lady for 50 mins confusingly deal with this, she then forgot the password she just entered. I have have nothing against the elder lady, it's this unprofessional manager trying to force this on her. The other Bank executive spent 50 mins having for the most time a personal casual conversation with their client. After 50 mins me listening to this, The Bank Manager voices over to the other Bank executive she will have to review whatever she doing with this client to make sure it was done correctly. This is after me waiting 50 mins mins to see either of them. This is the classic I do not want to see another, both executive were trying not see another client. Well the both won, as i just got and left after watching this for over an hour and ten mins. This is 40 mins after closing. I know we are in some very stressful time, but to openly frustrate one client while wasting another one time is just unprofessional, no other word for it. This manager needs to be replaced! If could give a zero I would. Sorry I do not know her name as I never got to be serviced after 1 hour and ten minutes.

Horrible branch. The woman working the customer-service desk is incredibly curt and rude. I went in to get a few things notarized, things I'd had done at another branch previously. She flatly stated that they don't do that, which is untrue. So I went to another branch and had it done promptly. She obviously just didn't want to be bothered. I have dealt with her on a few other occasions and she seems generally rude and incompetent.

Banked at this location several times a week for 32 years--worked a few blocks away. Not once did a teller recognize me, and each time I had to give proof of my identity, even making deposits. So glad they closed the windows and replaced them with machines. The machines are friendlier, and they speak better English.

The reviews here speak for this branch in every way. I made a apt online 3 days in advance to come and get something notarized and was on time to be told that the notary was not available as she had to step out and so could I come back at another time. Did not receive any notice via text which I requested to say this was the case so saving me the trip and no apology was given. Will not use this branch again.
