I have no idea how this place is still open for business. I had not been here in a couple of years and recently decided to try them again, they used to be pretty good A few years ago, but that has all changed now. When I pulled up to place my order I should have known that I was in trouble because their speaker and menu are all smashed. The person that took my order spoke with such a heavy Mush Mouth that I could barely understand them, and of course I had to repeat myself three or four times because they were not paying attention and seemed like I was irritating them by placing my order. After repeating myself several times, I get to the window and I am rudely greeted by the window attendant. They just seemed like they did not want to be there and did not pretend to hide it. I asked them to repeat the order and they didn't, they just said huh, and walked away. They asked me to park because they are too busy, mind you there was no one else in line and the parking lot was completely empty and I could see inside the lobby where there was nobody waiting. So I park and wait for about 7 minutes when a rude young man brings the food to my car and barely makes eye contact and says nothing, even after I thank him, they all just seemed irritated by their customers. Of course the order was wrong, and cold, it was nothing close to what I ordered and when I pulled back around to the drive-thru, they were highly irritated that they had to remake it. Foolishly I didn't check the order and I drove back to my office and discovered the order was also incorrect . I thought this might have just been an off day so I tried one more time and it was the exact same story, rude service, had to park, order not correct. I will no longer give my money a business that makes it very clear that they don't care about you and they do not want you there, because that means that they have to work, and we all know how inconvenient that is.

MULTIPLE UPDATES BELOW… Most recent New update….. they need to just bulldoze this place….. Oldest review….. I've worked near and been coming to this bk for 10 years, my previous review was the worst I ever made for any restaurant but am updating as it looks like they got things on track at this location, sometime within the last year (I stopped going to this location for some time) EDIT...... never mind.... back to its old self.... how do you burn a whopper bun? And forget the cheese I paid for.... and took 20 minutes.... last 5 visits have been horrible…. YET ANOTHER UPDATE…… Against my better judgement I went today in the drive through……there were ONLY 2 cars ahead of me…I did not get my food for 25 minutes. Way too long…my order was correct and food was not burned like last time but those 25 minutes took up my 30 minute lunch. They need to just shut this location down…

Was not open today and supposed to be. Online says open so I called and girl that answered would not talk to me. Other times going here they said the had no smaller buns for burgers we ordered so we left. The manager obviously not aware of these problems. We will never go here again

Just terrible service! Went there on August 6 used drive through 8:05am looking for a quick breakfast a woman took my order got to the window she told me to move forward and wait which I did, after fifteen minutes already late for work I went inside to see what happened to find out the guy, supposedly a cook said he still need to go find out where sausage was in the freezer, I couldn't believe my ears, they told me to call the corporation, they acted as they didn't give a s***, the woman handled a bag missing half of the order, I look inside the bag asked her what was that I had to argue to get my order completed. Why are these people taking the job if they don't wanna do it? Where is burger king management? So sad, never again and stay away from that place.

Went through the drive through a few months back, no answer at the intercom and it was afternoon time. Decided to walk inside and found an employee sleeping behind the cash register on the floor. Wouldn't eat here.

Ordered double whopper with cheese and bacon meal Large and given just plane whopper, I can understand forgetting the add ons but to not even get the basic order right... And these are the people that want more money, self service robots can't get here fast enough

I’m not sure why it says the restaurant is closed but I was just here and dealt with a employee named Becky she said she was the GM there I just had a simple question about a fry I was trying to redeem and she was just very mean and rude to me to the point where I just gave up and paid for it I work in food service as well and I know how it feels to deal with bad customers but I was being nice and calm just trying to ask a question and she just closed the window on me and when I asked if I could talk to someone else she told me she was the GM so there was no one else and I was just gonna have to deal with it. Ruined my whole day.

To the owners/district manager of this branch: Please call the branch on Orlando Ave in Winter Park, and ask how they run their restaurant. I don't know how your branch on University Blvd managed to survive for many years, and I don't know why I keep on giving it another chance every once in a while, but the people running this branch have been trying real hard to bankrupt it and become unemployed in the process, and so far they have failed. I have not even had a mediocre sandwich in this location, they are borderline edible. Over-cooked to become a dry mess with completely flattened bun to go along. You can't be that bad consistently. There must be a guideline in a restaurant like BK. These people almost always forget to resupply, are out of basic stuff, and when they are not, they make sure to destroy cooking them. The junk they serve feels like they were cooked the day before, and are heated for the next day. This branch represents the absolute bottom in Burger King world. Call the Orlando Ave franchisee and learn how they do it right. Their stuff is always top notch like European Burger Kings. Properly maintained and managed. Cooked right, served right.

I've had this Burger King twice, and both times, it reminded me why I never go to Burger King. Food ranges from poor to inedible, and if you're lucky, you might even get the items you ordered! The food in the pictures looks pretty gross, right? Looks like it's been sitting out all day long? Those are mozzarella sticks. Especially shocking considering that I ordered jalapeño cheddar bites. The nuggets were much the same-- ice cold despite ordering them 10 minutes ago. At least the whopper was warm! Glad to know the microwave is working. I sincerely have no idea whatsoever how this place is still open.
