I ran in to use the bathroom and to get something to drink. The bathroom necessity was an emergency so I asked where the restroom was. The blonde lady behind the counter said they didn’t have one (um where do you use the bathroom?!) I told her it was an emergency and she rudely told me no again. Luckily there was a Walgreens with the sweetest people down the street. That woman was wretched and I hope the owners see this and know how rude she is.

I purchased some gummy CBD bears they were 29.95 and when I got home they were all melted It was one gummy bear. I don't know if that's the practice that the manager tells the Cashier to do that but I will definitely be getting in touch with their corporate store and making a complaint

I proceeded to walk in the door and I proceed to the fountain drinks I go to the drink station and and employee comes over and touches me on my back and snatches a cup out of my hand and tells me I need you to leave you look like a customer that I just kicked out of here last night never stole nothing in my life from here nor would I want to and you go to discriminate me told him I see the general manager tomorrow and he says I am the general manager so what do you need to tell me so if there's anything else anybody has information on that I can get ahold of somebody higher than this guy I would really appreciate that plus back

This Circle K is quite a busy location and add that to the fact that there are not many pumps. I think there were about 8 total- very small area and it was packed by the time I got there in the morning. Very hard to get in and out of too just because the lot it's on is very tiny too. In the convenience store, there are no restrooms as other Circle K stores have. They also don't have as much selection of food and drinks like other locations do. The only good thing they had was a small rack dedicated to just Mexican candy, and by the counter, I saw another rack with some fun candy like mini slurpee-shaped lollipops.

This is the dirtiest circle k I have ever been in. The polor pop area was disgusting and smelled like stale and sour liquid. The floor was so sticky it pulled my sandal right off my foot.

Went to pick up a polar pop and was just in shock of how filthy the store was. It was seriously disgusting. I understand the store gets busy but there has to be at least 5 min someone could wipe down the countertops where the soda machines are and run a broom thru

On the plus side, this store typically has the lowest gas prices in the area. That's the only reason I come here. My 3 biggest complaints are: 1) cola Frosters... either its not working, seems to be the most popular flavor, or its not carbonated so it comes out as a heavy bitter-tasting sludge. 2) maybe one time in 15, i actually get a receipt at the gas pump, usually have to go inside. Last week, I filled up two consecutive days, same pump, and the paper still hadnt been replaced! 3) is a minor one, but the water to wash car windows is always either almost completely dry, or smells like sewage. I know the clerks are always busy, but can't there be a daily maintenance schedule where certain things get checked at certain times?

I am on a road trip from Alberta, Canada and very dissatisfied with my service at the Circle Ks in America, at least in Arizona. Got kicked out for "acting suspicious and looking at the liquor". I walked in, greeted the clerk and looked at some beef jerky. I am diabetic and allergic to red food coloring, so I always need to read the ingredients of anything I am going to eat before I purchase it. I then glanced in the general direction of the liquor behind the shelf, and the clerk rudely informed me I "need to go". I asked if I did anything wrong and even offered to empty my pockets to prove I did not conceal anything and I was told that although I did not steal anything I need to leave because I was "looking at the liquor and acting suspicious". I was not aware it is against the law to simply look at an alcoholic beverage. I complied and began to walk out, while the clerk repeatedly told me to "get out", even though I was already was in the process of gladly walking out. The unnecessary repetitivity did nothing more than anger me. This occurred at around 3:00am and I will be informing both the store manager and the regional manager of my horrible experience in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous.
