The quality of service and of coffee has slowly declined at this location. The coffee tastes old whether it’s hot or cold, the flavored drinks are usually overly sweet, and the cold brew is so bold it’s bitter. Two stars because there’s free WiFi and it’s conveniently located in Fry’s. I suggest going to the stand alone Starbucks in the same parking lot or Coffee Rush across the street. ~Janet

Let me say I am a starbucks girl. I am a hard and fast (possibly obsessed pumpkin spice devotee) so today I was disappointed. Now there are of course some starbucks that are better than others, the staff friendlier, the lattes a little sweeter and Stapley Dr is my fav local starbucks....until today. I went via the.drive thru and ordered for my man and my staple venti PSL only to be given the iced version. I made the correction and waited for my hot latte. When I received it they had literally poured the previous iced drink into a hot drink cup and thought I wouldn't notice. When I parked and went in and told the batista that my drink was stone cold , no apology nothing . She then handed me a replacement, no sleeve no stopper and no flavor....at all! To top it off when my man went to drink his drink he found a large piece of plastic floating in his coffee.. which he then tipped Down the sink.Starbucks , customer service is still a thing as far as I know. Today was a let down ~Donna

Rude people work here! Went in this morning got some gas and cigarettes and an energy drink. Then asked the lady for change for a 20 she said she didn't have it. I said ok I need to buy a lighter and she then went on to say I couldn't buy one I said can I buy anything? She said no. So I will be taking my money elsewhere. I didn't get her name I wish I did I was just in shock over the complete lack of respect not to mention customer service skills this woman had. Oh and by the way she never asked me for my ID for my cigarettes and I ALWAYS get carded. The guy who checked out in front of me looked straight up like a teenager and she didn't card him either. Company liability if you ask me. She also kept complaining to the other woman who was working how much she hated her job and circle k was screwing her out of a paycheck and how circle k doesn't Know how to treat their employees. Extremely unprofessional. ~Brandy

They do not answer the phone at all have called at least 25 times and it rang until disconnected… I was calling Monday August after 12am.. I’m pretty sure it couldn’t be that busy at that time. Even if there was only one employee I’m sure they could answer. ~drew

All the employees are so sweet and the manager Alexis has always been really nice.. store always clean and all smiles even if they are having a bad day themselves. LOVE that they open at 3:30am now for us early risers! Thank you!!! ~Kelley

I ran in to use the bathroom and to get something to drink. The bathroom necessity was an emergency so I asked where the restroom was. The blonde lady behind the counter said they didn’t have one (um where do you use the bathroom?!) I told her it was an emergency and she rudely told me no again. Luckily there was a Walgreens with the sweetest people down the street. That woman was wretched and I hope the owners see this and know how rude she is. ~Katherine

Place is always trashed, but it’s the one on my way to and from my job. Employees are always on their phones and taking forever. Now I go out of my way to different circle k’s. I was buying tobacco here for quite some time, and now they won’t sell to me. It’s not my age, it’s my out of state ID. High school dropouts behind the counter don’t know how DMV and ID laws are not transferable from state to state. It is not worth my time to argue with somebody who works as a cashier at circle k. Would rather pay more at a gas station where employees do their jobs and aren't complete idiots. ~Wyatt

Decent gas station, little dirty and only one staff member that was had an unfriendly attitude when asking if they sold liquor by explaining they could only sell wine and beer at this location. Not rude, but certainly unwelcome and curt, didn’t answer my question if any other locations nearby do have a liquor license and just pushed for me to buy a wine version of what I asked. Took a few photos for reference and was told in a raised voice to not take any of her while I snapped a few in the opposite direction which felt strange. But good selection of snacks and drinks, better gas prices than most in this area. Still, not a place you want to be around after 10pm with how many people came and went that were pushing shopping carts or asking for cash walking back to my car. I’d probably drive a few extra minutes to another gas station myself unless my car was running on fumes ~Eric

This was closest from hotel in a walking distance. I was greeted when I entered. It was nice and clean and well stocked store. Didn't have the gas station though. The guy with long hair was exceptionally helpful. ~Inam
