This Starbucks is inside Frys so if you're waiting for someone shopping this is a good place. Otherwise definitely avoid this one. I had really rude service from a female employee (didn't get name) and the coffeevwas poor compared to what Starbucks usually does....actually, poor compared to what anyone does.

The barista today seemed very confused I ordered a Iced white mocha Add sweet Is cream foam and I got a Carmel Frappuccino He seemed annoyed with his error. He remained it but something was just off Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow but I will not be returning to that location

The quality of service and of coffee has slowly declined at this location. The coffee tastes old whether it’s hot or cold, the flavored drinks are usually overly sweet, and the cold brew is so bold it’s bitter. Two stars because there’s free WiFi and it’s conveniently located in Fry’s. I suggest going to the stand alone Starbucks in the same parking lot or Coffee Rush across the street.

Long wait. Upon ordering, he said he will try, but the it usually doesn't turn out very well. 15 minutes later I was still waiting for him to start the order. 6 people helped in the meantime.

First, how do you run out of venti cups?? Never heard of a coffee shop running out of cups. Second, when a customer asks you to make sure the drink is stirred, and the response is "absolutely," it would be nice to make sure the drink is actually stirred. I won't ask twice and there's a reason, the drinks suck when not stirred. I don't understand how this is such a difficult concept for people at Starbucks to understand. Just another location I won't return to...

I'm a former Starbucks employee and you couldn't pay me to drink anything from here. Nothing gets cleaned properly at this location. There is a layer of dust on everything. Old milk build up on all of the pitchers they use. This location has been open for less than a year and it looks like it's been around for 10.

Everyone here is always super friendly and the drinks are made quick. They should work with the new girl, Kat, on her customer service and social skills. I start my day here and instead of a happy and friendly interaction, I feel like I'm bothering her. She is the only reason I only gave 4 stars, otherwise they are a 5 star store!

They took over 5 minutes to take my order (1 drink) than they took over 15 to make my one drink. I also ordered a extra shot of expresso and i only got 2.5 (normally comes with 3). I watched as she failed to place a shot glass under the dispenser. I go to multiple different locations and will never go back to this one. They were under staffed 3 people running drive thru, front counter and making all the drinks. Manager never once stepped up to help!

I asked for one of the new drinks like ombre pink, pink drink, violet drink... basically any refresher with coconut milk! Lady in the drive thru had no idea what I was referring to and suggested I get a plain Jane tea lemonade. Went to another location and they knew RIGHT AWAY. I loved my ombre pink.

This location closes at 8pm...most starbucks inside a grocery store close at 9....although they close early their customer service makes up for it. The manager Anthony already knows exactly what I drink and I've only ordered from here twice! :)
