Rude people work here! Went in this morning got some gas and cigarettes and an energy drink. Then asked the lady for change for a 20 she said she didn't have it. I said ok I need to buy a lighter and she then went on to say I couldn't buy one I said can I buy anything? She said no. So I will be taking my money elsewhere. I didn't get her name I wish I did I was just in shock over the complete lack of respect not to mention customer service skills this woman had. Oh and by the way she never asked me for my ID for my cigarettes and I ALWAYS get carded. The guy who checked out in front of me looked straight up like a teenager and she didn't card him either. Company liability if you ask me. She also kept complaining to the other woman who was working how much she hated her job and circle k was screwing her out of a paycheck and how circle k doesn't Know how to treat their employees. Extremely unprofessional.

The dude with dreads didn’t give me my free coffee didn’t even try to see my code or try working with me very impatient and rude and it’s Xmas no one told you to go out and be rude.

The lady by the name of Leslie has no customer service skills . My son went in to to purchase your promotional item which was a fountain drink or a 20 ounce soda then you can purchase a candy bar for a dollar. Yes he also did purchase a bag of chips he was short on some money the lady told him he could not come back outside to get more money and then she also told him he had to get the fountain drink when the promotional item basically said fountain drink or 20 ounce soda. Then when my son came outside he explain the situation to me so I went in side to talk to leslie and she was very rude and would not void the transaction so we could re-ring it to get the dollar candy bar then when I asked her for her name she covered up her name tag and told me I didn’t need to know her name and I don’t need to call her names when I didn’t even call her name. Then she asked me to leave the store and then she threaten to call the police on me when I didn’t even do nothing . This store location ran much better when Marissa was the manager.

I have been there about 10 time's since living in the area, the place has always been clean (both day and night) when I've been there. The employees have always been professional and friendly as well. A nice neighborhood gas station.

I had the pleasure of being cashed out by an extremely kind woman named Lucie. I have not seen customer service and kindness like hers in years, honestly. She was genuinely kind with a genuine smile and it was so appriciated. Sometimes just being nice to someone can make their whole day, thanks for making my day Miss Lucie! Take care!

Hello I am currently working for this company and I’m pregnant!!! Now after getting my restrictions from my doctor they tell me I have to file a leave of absence and they won’t accommodate my restrictions. Now I’ve talked to multiple lawyers and others who says this is against the law they can’t discriminate just because I’m pregnant. This violates PDA AND ADA guidelines it against the law. But they’re acting unprofessional won’t answer call backs basically forcing me to leave my job because they won’t accommodate my restrictions

This is the story of how a frequently complained about staff member finally went to far and will no longer be with the company or they will have a hefty law suit on their hands. I frequent this circle k daily and have never before been treated the way that this employee treats me and many many others, in fact there isn't a person that I know that doesn't have a story about this ( well not gonna call names ) so I'm gonna just call her, short old crabby blonde/gray haired nightmare of an customer service representative of circle k. Too long? OK how about I just shorten that, I'll refer to her as circle k crazy. On this particular visit I was waiting in line to use the conform machine that they have in the men's restroom. A man went in right before me, I had already purchased my items so I just began to patiently wait. About 15 minutes later I could hear the guy inside opening and closing the toilet seat,so I assumed that he was finally done and soon I would hear him wash his hands and then it would be my turn. Well, I heard a few more loud bangs and then it was silent. I'm sure by noe even you are guesstimating whaight be going on in there as well. And so did I. In my mind. But he still didn't come out. Another 18 minutes went by, meanwhile 3 separate men also came,waited, and finally resorted to using the ladies room . so by 38 minuted in, the store was otherwise empty. I started talking to my good friend that works there and to the other guy there also works there. We were just b.s.ing and talking amongst ourselves and we all joked that he's probably in there getting high.( which BTW, I later came to find out that he was doing exactly that) well circle k crazy came out and started yelling at me telling me to get out that I was accusing this man of shooting up... Omg. This woman wasn't even near us or included in our conversation. She took the comment they said about someone possibly doing something for the last 40 minutes. She basically chased me out yelling at me.saying that I'm spreading rumor's. ( where are we,thought we were Americans) this incident was already beyond messed up. But I talked to her mngr. I was told to ignore her." She always does this" is what I was told. A few days later I went in to buy a drink.as I filled up my cup, circle k crazy was right there and started screaming at me again, completely unprovoked. She kept telling me to get out that she's calling the cops. FOR WHAT!!!!??? I didn't do anything wrong. I tried to explain to her, they have a policy to close the restrooms early,for this e act reason.and that I never accused anyone. She put hands on me and yanked my large drink out of my hands. That is SOOOO Ilegal. I had a lawsuit against albertsons for the same exact thing.and won. But I won't sue,if she loses her job or is made to personally apologize. But as for now, I'm going to corporate.
