The pharmacy on this Wednesday afternoon was extremely busy, as they generally are. However, the staff moved quickly to move the line as it started to grow. I was impressed by Casey, the pharmacist, as he continued to multitask filling orders, answering questions, and any concerns from customers and even finding room for vaccination injections. Casey listens as well as he strives to answer any all concerns you may inquire of him in regards to your prescriptions or insurance processes and procedures. On this particular night my pain management clinic was unable to properly follow through with a pain medication prescription that I would need after a surgical procedure I am scheduled to have on Friday. Casey was able to procure enough pain medication to at least get me by after the surgery until my PCP or surgeon could place a prescription for me. Casey as well as Chenoa, and Lindsey we’re all working diligently and quickly as they typically do to help everyone. They each deserve the great full recognition for their professionalism and kindness that they display each time I retrieve my meds. Thank you CVS for this team of individuals in the pharmacy and for Nancy and her pleasant and outgoing customer service skills up in the front of the store. Thank you CVS for being open 24-7 and for the workers in the pharmacy and minute clinic, and for being there tonight. Thank you for doing your work quickly, and accurately. You are each very much appreciated !

The pharmacy on this Saturday night was extremely busy. However, the staff moved quickly to move the lines. Unfortunately, I did have to wait in line a second time to get my prescription. Again the staff worked very hard to make the line move as fast as possible. I was impressed by Fry the pharmacist as he had to deal with a customer who did not want to wait in line a second time. Although. I understood the frusterastions with waiting in line, it was the rude behavior of this woman that really made me upset. Fry communicated patiently with the customer that she qould need to wait back in line. I appreciated that because that is what the rest of us had to do and also it is important for a pharmacist makes sure all medication is given out properly. He was doing his job the right way. Funny thing is the customer was only one behind me to start, so had she just waited back in line she would have been done in just a few more minutes. Instead, she wanted to waste everyone's time. Thank you CVS for being open 24-7 and for the workers in the pharmacy for being there tonight so that my child was able to have his medication. Thank you for doing your work quickly and accurately. Very much appreciated!

Worst pharmacy ever!! Has gone down big time in the past few years ! They put my prescription on hold and told my husband I had to call. Now I'm calling and they don't answer. Wait they never answer the phone ! Another time I waited in drive thru for 45 min just for them to close in my face when I got to the window ! If my prescriptions were free from CVS I'd be going somewhere else! And this is the only one near me !

I have been going to this store for years and it has not always been the best but now it's just in tolerable. Last month I was in the drive thru line for about 20 min, but when I finally got up to the window it was closed. I wasn't able to get my prescriptions because I had my dog in the car. Today I went there and again the window and the pharmacy was closed. So now I have to make a another trip to try to get it.

Pharmacy is NOT 24 HOURS as advertised. Closes "for lunch". Found out the hard way immediately following a dental procedure, in pain, had to wait to get my prescription. Figure out your staffing or change your sign to "Pharmacy 23 Hours" SMDH

If i could give a 0 for the pharmacy, i would. No one has good customer service here except maybe 1 pharmacist. Im always having problems with my prescriptions, even after my brain surgery they wouldnt refill my meds for atleast a couple days when they were needed every 4 hrs. I dont know if theyre short staffed or what, but its terrible. and the communication between the employees are even worse. One minute im getting told itll be 5 days for my daughters nausea medicine and to walk 5 steps to the drop off counter to ask for a different location (when they all close at 8 and its 7:55) and the next theyre saying itll be ready in 15 mins and they dont know what the lady 5 steps next to them was talking about.. and im still sitting here 45 mins later. Everyone else that comes here, 80% of the time has a bad experience as well. Im fed up everytime i come here. the only reason i chose this location is bc theyre 24/7... definitely switching

Had to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy Sunday night at 10pm and the guy working had the absolute worst attitude, every time I said anything he rolled his eyes and wouldn’t even give me the time of day to explain what I needed. He kept saying I already picked up my prescription even though that couldn’t be possible considering the fact I had my prescription sent in that same night from urgent care.. He seemed upset that I needed help and treated me like I was garbage. All of this nonsense for some antibiotics.. absolutely ridiculous.. Don’t your waste time coming here at night, you will receive awful service.

This CVS location used to be one of my favorite stores because it's It's a 24 hour store. As a busy successful, professional myself, my time is limited. We (i.e., my family and I) average $300-500 / month as patrons at this CVS location and heretofore have never had a bad experience until recently. Actually, it was more of a nightmare!: After receiving the usual text for 40% off an item (which was about to expire) I went to that location as it was close to 11:00 P.M. I wasn't in the store but a few minutes before a manager vehemently and repeatedly accused me of retail theft. As a result, I lost my emotional control which I rarely do, but the experience brought back very bad memories wherein I was falsely accused (I now have P.T.S.D.) and after realizing that I was surrounded by two other very large manager types, one of which was getting in my face. As a result I became very loud, defensive, and removed my undergarments, volunteering to be strip searched. I also asked them to review their cameras before offering a show of force in order to get them to back off and allow me to leave with out further incident or escalation . I raised my hand anda s the main elder manager type told his associate to back off. I went across thebstreet to McDonald's and called the police. . Looking forward to legal action unfolding... C.V.S need proof: home store #4795 6000 E. Brown. Pick up cheeky yesterday & instead of transferring a dozen more++ very upset we're going a different route because of a few less desirables too close to home store. Thanks whomever that was Mr. Head Honcho atc24hr. Store. Hello Walgreens you earned our kk back z easy way. Biggest #1 isn't always best!

This location has the worst pharmacy! Reroute your perceptions to the Walgreens across the street. They have way better service with a functional and effective helpline. Whoever is in charge here is doing a terrible job. You’re a pharmacy and your job is provide medication for those who are sick… This location desperately needs to do better! People‘s livelihood and mental state could be possibly be at risk!
