Dollar general use to have really nice people a few months back. Lately the Ladies that are in there are rude and always seem like there personal life has to be heard. It’s happened a couple when my husband has gone in there and money is thrown at him. And today I was there and the cashier after I spoke English to her and she tell me to wait in Spanish I can’t stand when you just see peoples skin color and do that. It is getting bad in there it was one of my favorite stores. Employees make you not want to come back. I rather go an extra mile to another store.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I normally never write reviews but this has been the second time this happens to me. Why have the option to place an order online when the employees are not going to pay attention to it. On January 29 I placed an order at 7am and requested to pick it up at 11:30 when I arrived at the store they didn’t even know I place in order and the associate made me follow her so I can carry all my things I order which was fine but I placed order earlier to make sure I get the things I ordered cause I know especially on coupon Saturday things goes fast so therefore I didn’t get all the things I ordered cause they were sold out. So I was a little disappointed. Today I was hoping it was going to be different so I tried doing it again. I even tried calling them 3 times to make sure they got my order but no answer so me and my fiancé went a little early then what are time was requested to see if they got our order of course they didn’t even know about the order being placed and of course the items were sold out… I don’t know what the online pickup process is in that store but they’re not paying attention to it so I don’t think they should have it as an option there I was very unhappy that I couldn’t get anything that I ordered she told me just to cancel my order the funny thing is there’s no cancellation option so that’s annoying I won’t be doing that again.

I’m from the South, where folks take DG seriously and they are located every other mile, so I’ve been a loyal shopper of the chain my whole life. I had to look a little harder to find them here in Arizona, but this location is worth the drive. This is a great store with helpful friendly staff. Their shelves were well stocked and they had my dollar general brand sponges that I’ve been using for 15 years... so I will definitely be back!

I love going to dollar general. Never crowded. Always new little things to shop for. I get best prices on household items I need like cleaning, beauty care, seasonal allergy/flu meds and vitamins, Batteries etc. It's always affordable and I love dollar general online coupons.

The best customer service I have ever had at a dollar general. It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve been there and I meant to post before. I will never go to another Dollar General again if I do it will only be that particular one great people great customer service.

I love this place especially when they have $5.00 off Saturdays. You find some food items that you don't see at super markets. It is also a great place for dog food and treats. Get there app and download coupons to your loyalty program by using your phone number Go to the one Higley good store clean and well stocked
