The service was outstanding. The gentleman at the Harrisburg Mall location took his time to try and find a solution for my situation that didn’t require me to purchase a new phone. He exhausted all options and I needed a new phone anyway. I appreciated his attention to detail and patience. Today was my first time there and I would absolutely go to this location again as well as recommend others go there too.

Nate was very helpful! He let us know about current sales with phone accessories, as well as bundling all 3 of our phones & tablet for insurance as opposed to having separate insurance on only the phones! We came in to get a phone for our son, Nate walked us through our best options as well as well best phone choice! He was very Patient, and extremely helpful. Thanks again 💪
