Not a great experience, Went to get two phones port my numbers over and had to do half of the process myself cause the employee didn't know how to do it Her name is Dominique needs to work out on her sales experiences, and they end off banning me from the store just because I was telling them what to do cause they didn't know how to do it I don't see what was the problem with me doing what was supposed to be done when they couldn't do it, they don't have to worried about me coming back cause I don't gonna lose my time again anyways.....

This store has no inventory but was clean and the staff was courteous The cost of replacing a phone with insurance was more than the cost of the upgraded phone that I WAS trying to have fixed or replaced .

Let's see I have 3 phones through metro pcs I have been having problems with my htc phone, I have insurance that I can not use unless I drive to Philadelphia, I called this store and talked to an employee named Steve who was completely rude to me, he swore at me told me he didn't care and going up thanks metro pcs for typing me off!!!!!!!!
