WOW! Hands Down the Best Verizon Retailer I EVER SET FOOT IN!! I have been going to this location for the past 8 years and let me tell you words can not express the breath of fresh air it is to see it under new Management! It needed someone special like Melody the New Store Manager! I own a Business and I thought I was set up as a Business account but Melody informed me I wasn't. Not only did she help me get into a business account she fixed my other issues I had with some of the lines on my Account. This Woman is Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Verizon and making me feel 100 times better now that all my issues are taken care of! She will in fact be given all my Friends and family contact info that have Verizon! I'm so happy I came in! Melody can handle anything when it comes to issues people might have! I finally can say this location will indeed hold customer service to the highest level under her management. No problem small or big can stop her from solving and figuring out a solution with your Verizon Account! She gave me many options for me to choose from, and I can say no one does that anymore. She wants the best for all her customers she expressed! So Happy to leave this review because as a customer in the past this is what this location needed all along! Thank you!!

After an extremely frustrating day with trying to get information on my tablet, I gave it one more try and got a live person on the line. Melody's voice lifted my spirits! I have always love that store and I love it even more now. What a terrific customer service experience not only with her knowledge but her caring and professional attitude. Bravo, Melody. My husband visited this store 4 times over the past week - each time the lights were on but the door locked. The times varied - 2:00, 12:30, 3:30, and 11:30. The first time there was no sign on the door. The rest of the times the same sign with different dates - out to lunch, returning for a 1:00 and 4:00 appointment (I understand lunch but are you only working with your two appointments or are you in the store in between?). This is no way to do business! When I switched to Verizon a year and a half ago, I went to this store and everyone was great, now I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

I’m on a plan under my father. He has 4 lines that he bought at this location. When we purchased the phone. 2 iPhones 2 galaxy 10se we also got go wireless liquid glass and screen protectors that we could get replaced anytime. I’ve brought my go wireless stuff in there and they replaced mine on my phone no questions asked. Well I walked in today and asked the guy to replace the screen protector and liquid glass on my sons phone. I brought the packages unopened that we paid for when we bought the phones. The guy looked up our info and said we never purchased our phones there. Which is a lie because we did. And refused to accept the GoWireless screen protector or liquid glass we paid for and assist us in putting it on. What is the point of paying for the go wireless screen protector bundle if your employees are either too lazy to do it? I’ve been to this location before and never had an issue but the guy working today was either completely clueless or completely incompetent. He didn’t want to work unless he was going to get commission. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s a shame this pandemic has messed the world up. So many people don’t want to work and then you have ones like that guy who are working but are completely worthless. You would be better off closing the store for the day like you did last weekend than to have that guy running it. Rude, u professional and incompetent. I will now be calling Verizon customer service to complain about why only 2 phones are showing up when we are being billed for 4.

Melody was absolutely amazing!!! She helped me out with issues that the manager at the Hummelstown Verizon store failed to do and he was very unfriendly. He also never gave me my military discount on my bill nor did he give me the third line credit taken on the bill. He essentially lied to us on several occasions and when confronted about, gave some round about answer and said he’d have to contact his manger and would get back to us. Well he never did. Dylan is a worthless and rude store manager. Went to a different Verizon where Melody works. She was so friendly and educated with how things worked. She was able to resolve all of my issues! Thank you Melody, and we will continue to give you our business at the Harrisburg store.

I went into the store due to having problems with my cell phone not playing correctly in my vehicle. The store manager Melody helped with that problem and also took her time and went over my account and introduced me to a new plan and I also purchased a smart watch. I received the BEST service at this location I now will only be returning to this location. Again I received the best service from this store manager she gets 10 stars from me!

Terreance the Assistant Manager helped us and was amazing! Incredible customer service, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We will be using this location from now on! Jeff the Store Manager was also very helpful and friendly. So happy with our experience!
