Best cell phone store in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I went there looking for a phone. I told them I had 200 and wanted the moto g stylus. He said no that's not enough. He then asked if I was switching which I was. And oh yeah we. Can do it. So he charged me 200 my plan only costs 30 with life line. So after I got the phone I look on the cricket web site and find out the phone I wanted is only $70 so all together it should have been $100 he robbed me for the other hundred. Also they didn't give me a case he gave me glass which broke in one week I took it back and he made pay for new glass then put it on crooked so I can't even use it. Watch out check all prices before you go..... ~Michael

The service was outstanding. The gentleman at the Harrisburg Mall location took his time to try and find a solution for my situation that didn’t require me to purchase a new phone. He exhausted all options and I needed a new phone anyway. I appreciated his attention to detail and patience. Today was my first time there and I would absolutely go to this location again as well as recommend others go there too. ~Amanda

Not a great experience, Went to get two phones port my numbers over and had to do half of the process myself cause the employee didn't know how to do it Her name is Dominique needs to work out on her sales experiences, and they end off banning me from the store just because I was telling them what to do cause they didn't know how to do it I don't see what was the problem with me doing what was supposed to be done when they couldn't do it, they don't have to worried about me coming back cause I don't gonna lose my time again anyways..... ~Yelibe
