The wiring was still showing some wires. They didn’t use wire clips for my system. They didn’t mount my amp. I had asked for a ported box and they didn’t port it. Although it’s getting fixed next week. Also my knob to control the base only activates the base when it’s fully on. Base sounds good but I wish it was done better.

I went in to get the works on a new stereo. Front, back speakers, all the wires, BT digital face, noise dampening material installed, the works!!! I spared no expense because I like nice things. The day of my install, corporate told Chris my salesman they were pulling his install team for a larger VIP customer, essentially telling me something more important for a more important client came up and I’d need to leave the truck another day or make the trip there and back with my pregnant wife and toddler 3 more times. Why 5 stars you ask with such a frustrating scenario, Chris and his team pulled out the stops and made it happen in a day because they knew how frustrated I was. I give 1 star to corporate, I tried calling them and there’s literally no possible way to reach a human being. They direct you to a voicemail that states they “may call you back within 48 hours”. What a ridiculous display of corporate greed and lack of accountability. While I appreciate Chris and his team and recommend them to anyone, car toys will no longer get my business as they refuse to work with people, so here’s one less person you’ll have to deal with. Keep it up and you’ll be the next to follow circuit city and radio shack. Thanks again Chris, sorry your corporate office is so brazenly disrespectful toward your office and your customers.

Long Term review, I have had my custom box for over ten years now and have really loved it! My first speaker was a JL W6 and after a year I ended up blowing it by overpowering it. I have since put four other brands in this same enclosure and the box is just now showing signs of wear. To be clear its not the boxes fault its the heavily used and often overpowered speakers...lol

Window tint looks great on the part of my car that was done. Appointment made 2 weeks in advance, but when I get there, they didn't have enough tint to do my entire car. It's not like I came in without an appointment. How do you have customers scheduled for a window tint and then not have the tint available? Update. Took my car to a different Car Toys location (Hurst). They tinted the front window. So scratched that I had to schedule a retint. Brought car back in, they ran out of film and now I'm being asked to wait 2 more weeks until they get more in. Then they can reschedule me. This is by far the worst customer service I've had from 2 different locations of this company. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

We came in to have our van’s media player replaced. They quoted us the price, made an appointment, and had it done in 2 hours. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly too.

Well my cars radio wouldn't dim with headlights on after they installed it. I asked and they said that's how the radio was. I made an appointment for them to re check wiring and again they said that's the radio so I went home and pulled apart my car to find the illumination wire un installed with the insulation still on the wire. Super upset that I paid for installation that wasn't done properly and wasted 3 trips to that store trying to get it fixed. Other locations seem way better

I got a new radio put into my car and I was surprised how short of a time it took to get it all ready. Employees we're nice and helpful showing us all what it can do! Definitely recommend

We had a great experience! These guys know what they are doing and do a great job. When we didn't understand how the radio would fit/look they showed exactly how the completed installation would look. Also appreciated the final delivery and instructions on how to connect and use the new system.

I will never recommend Car Toys to anyone. Your installation services are horrible, you lack customer service experience and the ability to stand by the product warranty is appalling. Your treatment of women buyers and purchases for services seems that you do not take us seriously when repairs are not satisfactorily resolved. I have visited Car Toys over six times over the past three months for a radio and GPS installation that is still NOT working. I've left emails and messages to a district manager or any manager and HAVE NEVER been contacted. This is the worst company ever. Buyer Beware! Do NOT shop here.

Great service. Friendly staff and professional. Knowledgeable too. Nissan Frontier SL. It was all one piece but had to get the double din. Looks clean. Did a great job. Gonna upgrade my speakers next
