Worst customer experience in any store I’ve ever been in. We put our items down and spent our back to school money at JC Penny. I highly recommend NOT shopping at this location.

Do not recommend to goo i went this saturday and one of the employee yield at my kids for running i got soo mad and ask for an apology and she sad no .😡1:there is many nice ways to tell kid to not run at a store !!2 : you can ask and see who is the parent of the kids and tell them 3: you do not try to go of on a 18 weeks pregnant woman 😤

Went in today w my son and niece and the employees were SO friendly and even showed me how to get a discount on a pair of toddler shoes that were $30, the discount took them down to less than $18. They were super helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this store!

Though it says open until 7, they closed early! Great store but not good when customers have a pick up & not open. 2 or 3 families came at 6:35 and doors were locked! One family said they had a pick up and I needed to make a purchase for a friend! Oh well!

Managers are SO unprofessional. I think her name was Crystal? She was so rude. She rang up one of my items twice as she was having side conversations AND EATING behind the register, not even paying attention to what she was doing. I had to make a special trip back after I realized this. No apology from the Store Manager who had the nerve to hassle and question me about the extra charge in my receipt. She was also extremely rude. The store also stank of cigarettes. I will NEVER be back!!!!

1st time shopper for my 4 month old twins. Went in to look for something that could match for Easter. When I asked about possibly new dresses coming in, felt like the lady was being snippy as if I should have known the outfits have been here for 'weeks' now. 🙄she said they wont be getting anymore, I can order online if I wanted them, but was snippy about it. And Easter is still over a month away, why wouldnt they be getting at least a few more in stock ? If it was said nicer I wouldnt be writing this review. Came in because the website said this location had some in stock in the size I needed but it didnt. I dont shop here normally, so that just kind of confirms me shopping elsewhere. Edit* I will say the newer employee that was here, was very polite. But the other lady, just made it an unpleasant experience.

If I could give a negative I would. The customer service sucks. We went in shortly after they opened, my son found a wallet in the dollar box( which there was not just one but several) we go up to pay and it rang up $9 I asked it's in the $1 bin and she is like o a kid must have put it there. Mind you its right by the register. So do you want it or not. My son was so sad. So I had my daughter clean out the bin for them and put All the wallets on the counter. Very rude lady and customer service.

Very rude lady at the desk. Customer service is awful. I stopped into this one because I was already this direction but I'll never come back. Sticking with the Pinnacle Store atleast they like their jobs.

Let's start with the positives, very clean and organized as it should be on a slow Wednesday afternoon. That is where the 1 star comes into play. Walked in on my lunch break with plans to grab a few outfits for my youngins. my woman was not with me, and I wanted to make sure she was involved in selection. I found what I thought to be a cute little summer fit and took a picture of it to get the OK. I was immediately approached by who I assume to be the manager on duty and rudely told "they won't allow for me to take pictures." Fine by me, I said ok. I had already taken the photo I needed and started to go about sending the photo to my lady. This woman goes to babbling on about how she told me no pictures and xyz. I'm not much to argue and try and stop her over the top attitude to tell her I was texting my woman which was none of her business and simply walked out with a smile on my face and an "ok, thank you ma'am" on my lips. Every time I go into this store while this woman is working she follows me around relentlessly. I normally don't care I stopped taking offense to these types of things long ago. Thus encounter however was a bit much.
