I love shopping at this store and recommend it to all my friends. This is one of the first places I check when I have a specific item I’m looking for and they haven’t disappointed me yet. The store is organized and clean. The items are in great condition and priced really well. I’ve been greeted each time I’ve been there. I’ve even messaged them via Facebook before coming into the store and they sent me pictures of the items they had to offer. That was unexpected and really helpful! I also like that they pull out seasonal items and have them right up front. I haven’t sold anything here before, but have had a great shopping experience.

Usually love all things Once Upon A Child. But every time I go to this location I am greeted with attitude from one specific employee. And it can’t be anything personal cause I just moved here in February. I decided to bring my sons clothes in to sell, maybe it was super busy at the time but I know for a fact they didn’t take the time to go through the clothes since I received a text maybe five minutes later saying they were finished. Considering they only took about 3 shirts and a sit up seat. So that alone is disappointing. Instead of worrying about their manager being on break they should’ve given better customer service.

The owner is TERRIBLE. Can't even keep a Store Manager staffed. Toxic working environment. The products themselves are generally of good quality, so if you can manage to get there on a day the owner isn't there then shop at your own risk. Better to just buy online, I hope the owner never works in retail again.

Worst experience on Sunday I went to pick up a bag of items I had no longer use for. Went in to pick up was told by the cashier/manager they would offer $70 I then said ok. After that she said im sorry its $50 then said $30 that being said I said ok thought about it. for $30 I could probably give it to somone in need. I asked for my items back. The "cashier/manager " got upset angry said that she had already completed the transaction. That because of me it was going to show she gave me $30 I have manager experience and know all transactions are different. Also know that paper work can be fix. No need to get angry at a customer for not knowing how to do there job! Something the owner should work on. I then was told by the angry manager cashier. I should of thought about what i wanted to do before she completed the transaction. I said well i change my mind and would like my items back I said im sorry can i have my stuff back 4 time asking for my stuff the manager throws a large bag at me . By this time its 10 minutes to close. She lock the door while i was standing there then while I walked to the door it was locked asked if she could open it was told by the angry manager to open it my self even the other girls that worked there just looked shocked so for the owner to say this is a misunderstanding is kinda out of line train ur ppl to do there job ! customer service is not a misunderstanding or not knowing how to do ur job you apologize and go on something that was not said. Would not recommend anyone to shop or do any kind of business! Will not be returning.

The employees never seem to know if they take something or not. I was told (on multiple occasions) that my stuff had stains on it yet they couldn’t show me where the stains were. The over all vibe is very odd. None of the employees ever want to help. I could hear them talking about me when I walked away to wait for them to appraise my items.

Great prices. Great selection. Organized by size and color. Clean and easy to find things. The girl checking me out wasn't unfriendly but wasn't super friendly either. Constructive criticism: It would beneficial to have some training in confidence for some employees. I definitely understand feeling shy with others especially if you're young but it does come across as unwelcoming.

I LOVE once upon a child stores, I have shopped at many different locations as well as working at one. This location seems to have a decent selection to shop from. However some of the girls who work here come off as rude at times. Just wish the employees were more friendly. As far as selling goes, they seem to take an ok amount of items. *** update: the owner reached out to me, he was very friendly and apologetic, said that they will work on the friendliness of the girls who are behind the counter. :)

Great place for kids clothing and accessories, from shoes to clothing, toys, books, carriers and miscellaneous trinkets. They also buy everything for cash or credit. The help is great mostly ladies working the counter and will assist with what you need. If this help give me a thumbs up
