Had Joe Bumper restore my 2003 VW Jetta. It was white, yellowing paint, multiple dents, chips, had the bumper bungeed on, it looked like a wore out 20 year old car. They did an outstanding job restoring it and doing custom paint on it. I’m very satisfied.

The highest of recommendations, 5 stars!! Wonderful service, superior quality, I highly recommend Joe Bumper! There is no need to even bother calling any other car shop, Joe Bumper will be the go-to repairman for our family from now on. We encountered a series of unfortunate events and are so grateful to have had help from Jim & the team. After discovering a sun roof left open over the weekend we were scrambling to find someone who would take a look at our car. After getting turned away all over town due to schedules being booked out for weeks, we were lucky enough to stumble across Joe’s website and gave them a call. Even though they were also booked up they kindly listened troubles and told us to bring the car on by for a look. When my phone broke and I couldn’t receive calls they patiently offered to text me updates about my vehicle. When my car was cleaned up and ready the next day and I struggled to arrange timely transportation from work, they generously offered to stay after hours and wait on me. First time went for the repair. Highly recommend this shop. No more going to dealership now onwards. Very nice and very friendly staff. Jim is a great and knowledgeable person. He will do everything to save you the money and provide the best service at an affordable price. I am lucky to came across this place and more than 100 percent satisfied with the service. My car was repaired earlier than I expected. This is the best place guys and just go to this shop and get your car repaired without giving a second thought. Jim is the guy!!!!

*CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR* Hello Matt, I'd rather not email you my complaints, I think people should be aware of the service at your shop. As you know, I came in after the body work and paint had been done by your business. The reason was on account of the striations in the paint on the hood of my car. Your guy in the back buffed my car and sent me home. Unfortunately I had to come back because they weren't all gone (not being able to see them in the dimly lit garage) and there were other spots left as well. After the second visit for the hood I noticed chipped paint on the freshly painted hood (it had only been 5 days since painted). I said something but was blamed and told it was probably the car wash... A few days later the right headlight wasn't working correctly so I bought it back and your guys "fixed it"...two more times in about two weeks time, then it stopped working completely. You said you'd have to order another bulb even though I knew the auto shop down the street had some in stock. So.... after waiting another few weeks the bulb was in. I was told to leave the car for the day, reluctantly I did. When I went to pick up my car the headlights worked but there was a tear in my steering wheel! I hadn't even pulled out of the parking space before telling the owner. He denied knowing anything and offered to send it to a friend to fix it and said the cost would be around $1,000 just for the steering wheel! Oh, and my headlight isn't working again. I am so upset! EVERYTIME I came in something else was additionally wrong with my car. I would NOT recommended you or ever bring my car back. What a nightmare! You all have slick tongues and unethical behavior at your shop. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Services: Body & Trim, Painting

They do a phenomenal job! I came here to install an aftermarket front bumper on my BMW and it came out looking awesome. The paint matches perfectly and they even added spacers to make sure the front carbon fiber lip was well secured. If you are looking for quality work this is the place to go!
