Billy Dunn was awesome. We ordered our Maverick with expected delays and Billy was there with constant communication. The delay aided in building a great repore with Billy. Billy went above and beyond by placing a big red bow on the truck and a note hanging inside from the mirror "Happy Early Birthday". We have shared our experience at Lewis Ford and with Billy Dunn to many friends and family. Thank you Billy for making my husband's first brand new truck a memorable occasion.

Working well th Jeremy at Springdale Ford was a very rare and pleasant experience. Normally car salesmen seem very intense and urgent trying to get you to buy a car. Jeremy was very laid back. Easy to work with and very honest and helpful with my questions. The finance guy also was easy to work with and got me out in record time. I shopped several local dealerships before deciding where I wanted to make my purchase. I heartily endorse the new car buying experience at Springdale Ford. Great folks with very competitive prices. As a bonus, I encourage any buyer to ask for Jeremy personally.

I was given the diagnosis that they “think” I “might” need to replace my engine. When I asked what kind of testing was done to arrive at this conclusion the advisor was unable to tell me and did not offer an explanation that made me feel confident that I needed a total engine replacement. I asked if there was additional testing or evaluation to be done to verify this is the only available option to repair and I was told no. I gave 2 stars because the person I spoke with was friendly but I did not feel I received satisfactory service or a thorough diagnosis considering the significant expense a total engine replacement would be. I also never received the quote information promised after my visit. I have sense visited a different mechanic for a second opinion for a very minimal repair needed on my vehicle.

I got my new truck at Springdale Ford today. Billy is very very nice and he helped us went through every step during the whole process, including online order, information confirm, delivery and vehicle preparation, and final paperworks. The truck is a decent one. Brandon is also very nice and helped us finalized the sale contract. It is a clean and clear contract that does not have any “surprising” items. I will definitely recommend anyone who wants to order and buy a ford go to this place!

I am not one to ever leave bad reviews but I couldn’t let this one go. I bought a brand new car from this dealership a few months back. The first issue is the dash/digital speedometer did not work when I bought the car and they said they were waiting to get the part in and they would fix it. Well after picking my car up THREE different times they finally got it fixed. The second issue is they forgot to mail my title/paperwork I would need to pay my sales tax and register my car and I wouldn’t have known unless I called to see where it was. So I had to drive out of my way to the dealership to get the paperwork. The third and worst issue of them all is they put new tires on the car when the car came in (tires I did not ask for) and they did not recalibrate the car after they put the tires on. I noticed my car seemed like it was going a lot faster than what my speedometer said so after downloading an app that tells me my speed I was actually going 10mph over what the speedometer said I was going. Once I took my car to them to look at it they tell me they can’t fix it and I would need to buy a machine that would cost me $400 to do it myself or I could take it to a guy in Fort Smith and pay for it to be done. Really??? A BRAND NEW car that was not cheap and they want me to spend $400 to get something fixed that they SHOULD have fixed before selling the car??? If I would have known I would have all these issues I wouldn’t have bought the car. I will not be buying another car from this dealership and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I have purchased 8 or 9 cars so far in my life and this was by far my best experience. 👌 Jeremy was honest up front and low pressure. I walked in without an appointment after searching high and low all week and I was instantly taken care of. Front desk guy whose name I forgot called over a free salesman who treated me very well. When looking at several different cars he took the time to get to know my needs and specs I was looking for. He was able to tell me "you might like this one but it has a problem with X, Y, Z." He helped me find a super cheap vehicle that still runs great and I'm extremely thankful to him and this location. Put a new battery in the car and handed me 20 dollars cash 💵 from his own wallet when I asked if they could throw some gas in the deal. Seriously I recommend this place very highly

I wish I could give a higher rating than just 5 stars because Springdale Ford went above and beyond. Jose Aguirre and Brandon Moss were awesome to work with and made sure I drove away happy with my dream car. I was so happy and satisfied with my experience. I have no complaints. Jose Aguirre and Brandon Moss were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy I chose Springdale Ford. They are the best dealership around. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. This is a reputable, dependable, and trustworthy dealership. That is not often something you can say about car dealerships! The fellas at Springdale Ford did a great job servicing our F-150 yesterday, changing the oil, topping off fluids, fixing two potential flat tires (had nails and didn’t know it), etc. we were in and out in a timely manner. Thank You to our good friends at the service department!

First I'd like to commend Aaron at the service desk. He did a great job of taking care of my needs. He would probably say that he was just doing his job, but he did much more than that for me. Thanks Aaron. All other staff members were professional, helpful, and kind. I was happily surprised that Springdale Ford even provided me with 3 rides home and even picked me up at my house when our truck was ready.. Great service!!

I brought my wife’s 2012 Ford Edge Sport in for a quote to repair the sunroof and/or to see if they could get it closed. I was told at bare minimum they could put a wrap on it to prevent moisture from getting into the vehicle if they were unable to close it. They were unable to close it, nor provided the wrap so essentially no change in status. Provided a quote for $1800 and charged $150 in labor. I would have liked to have known up front there would be a labor charge to receive a quote and take a look at it basically.. They did offer to apply the labor charge to quote should we choose to have it repaired. We have since found a mechanic who can fix it for $200 plus cost ($400) of parts. I’d recommend in the future all charges be discussed with customer before hand to avoid any confusion and to not over promise (no wrap provided). Other than that they were quick to get us in and responsive.
