Took my truck in for battery issues, bunk heater issues, check engine light, and a blown airbag on Saturday. Checked in everyday until Tuesday morning when the truck was finally finished. They didn't touch it until Monday. Mechanic said there wasn't an issue with the airbag, my 700 watt microwave was pulling too many amps, no check engine light, and bunk heater needed further diagonistics. Went in and grabbed my truck, and saw the airbag was still blown, it only finally got fixed when I complained to the Manager. Got back on the road and not more than 600 miles, the check engine light came back on. Purchased a new microwave and still having issues. They said they replaced all 4 batteries yet there are still dust completely covering them. Not impressed with them lying to me. Truck says Electrical system problem detected when I run the Diagnostics on the instrument panel. I know there is a grounding issue within the truck because when I turn my microwave on, the CB sounds up and the little light above my microwave halfway comes on when I don't have it turned on.

The rental desk was unmanned the previous day, and when we came in the day of, they seemed a bit confused about my reservation. Then they couldn't find the key to the truck I rented, and they spent about 20 minutes looking for it before we just said we'd take another one. Desk person left my ID and credit card abandoned on the counter, as well as their iPad and a box of keys. If the odds of getting a truck from somewhere else weren't so slim, the day of, I'd have left. The truck itself had multiple check engine lights on and struggled climbing hills. Overall, a pretty discouraging experience.

Brought my truck in because it was pulling hard to the right. Was in and out with a front end alignment done in about two hours total. Very excellent service.
