I stopped at the Butterfield coach road store the other night needing some oil for my ford f350. there wasn't slot to choose from but understandable these days. anyway, I went to check out and for whatever reason my business card wouldn't work in the reader. after a few attempts I gave up and was saying my goodbyes without my oil the guy stopped me and got a card from a coworker with which they proceeded to buy the oil with and told me to have a good night. astonished, I thanked them and left. now here's what I have to say. I wasn't begging it bumming. lol. I have money. I'm not sure if the store paid for it or if one of the guys did. either way, I want to say thank you again to whoever's responsible. this experience made me see that there is still hope for humanity. this type of behavior in this day and age is exactly what the human race needs to be able to overcome these tough times. I'll stop by the store and offer to repay and if they don't take it I'll pay it forward. this single gesture has inspired me to lend myself to others more when in need. I appreciate the help and I will shop here more often. other people should use this as a source if inspiration and start helping their fellow man.

Always attentive and ready to help a customer out. Moises a manager helped an elderly customer out on his lunch break while I waited next. Made sure he took ook care of her promptly and much needed help. Always checked on me while I waited. he is the man im glad there are still good people like him on this planet!

Got a battery and they put it in. Wasn't tighten so I tightened one side and thought that all it needed and I was wrong. Thank God a coworker had tools to actually tighten it as needed and keep it in place. Twice my vehicle reset due to this. Sucked...I'm not very mechanically inclined

Found a replacement fuel cap for me promptly and when I was short the sales tax the cashier volunteered a small discount. Great service, friendly people. Price was a little higher (about 25%) than online but the service and convenience was much appreciated. Will be back if I have other auto needs while traveling in the area.

I went in today to have my car battery tested and I was welcomed with a smile and greeting by the woman salesperson (I forgot her name). She was very helpful with charging the battery and even looked up a replacement battery for me. Great customer service!!!! Will definitely be returning!!! So this is part 2 of my review....actually part 3! Ended up needing a new battery and the guys assisted us and helped us! They were sooooo patient and it was like 8° that night! Went in just the other day and the super sweet lady helped me replace my air filter and assisted me with checking fluids when I had an indicator light on. I love the staff here they are awesome! I've never had an issue and I've been here 4 or more times! I absolutely love this store!!! Very attentive service!
