An employee ordered the wrong part for me after I gave a detailed description. These employees don’t care. That wouldn’t be so bad, but it’s been 2 months of hell, getting the runaround and getting them to find the right part and make it right. There was no refund but only a useless store credit, when I definitely will not shop here anymore.

I purchased a few parts and tools from here and, I was told that one particular tool I purchased could be returned for a full refund if it was undamaged. I went to return it today and Jaime working the counter today, refused to honor that promise. And, was rude, unprofessional, and should not be working with customers. I told him that if they didn't honor what I was guaranteed when I bought the tool I would never purchase anything from them again. He said that didn't bother him. I would recommend not using this parts store for your parts and tools because they can not be trusted or care about their customers!

I needed to borrow a 36 mm socket and i only had 20 bucks. They broke up the set and let me use a socket for the 20. I got my truck fixed thanks to these guys and got my 20 back. That says alot to me. Says they care. My new parts store

Before ordering a battery for my Thunderbird, I called to verify free installation. "Yes sir, if you buy from us we'll install it for free." After I purchased the battery from their website and it arrived, I went to the store to pick it up. The staff refused to install my battery. Against policy for trunk batteries. This was despite mentioning the name of the employee who promised installation and knew the year, make, model, and battery location. There were 4 employees in the store and I was the only customer, but "we can't be tied up in a 30 minutes install in case we get busy." Just wow. After that I asked to return the battery. "It takes our system about an hour to process cards. We'll need you to bring the physical credit card back here at that time to refund your money." I somehow didn't break the door on my way out.
