My father when to buy oil for his car and he need help with a few item, and ask for help to a Hispanic guy, this dude was so rude and didn't even wanted offer bags for his items. This Guy is a disgrace to the Hispanic community the way he talk to my father was unreal.

Bought a brake booster and master cylinder from here. New to fixing my own cars so didn’t know that the dust plugs on the master cylinder weren’t the “included block-off plugs” that I was supposed to get. Call and the best they can do to fix their mistake is “you can check a neighboring parts store and see if they have another one.” And “we won’t have any in stock until tuesday.” Guess what? No one has it in stock until Tuesday. So I’m stuck with an undrivable car and of course I am the one who has to fix their problem. Great customer service autozone

Usually I don't like to review chains and big companies, but I did have an exceptional experience at this particular AutoZone. I called and ordered an oil pan for my vehicle and was able to pick it up the next morning. I didn't end up needing the part, and even though I had lost the receipt the manager very happily searched the system to find my order and gave me a refund. Technically it shouldn't have been covered under the return policy, I was expecting to be turned away. So I extra appreciated the customer service. Also, I noticed that all of the employees were wearing masks which is rare to see at Springdale businesses.

I have never experienced such a high level of service and friendliness as I did at this location. Caring and compassionate employees that are so helpful and even help you fix your car!!
