Not once but on the last two occasions, at two seperate Springdale locations I stood at the counter to order for an extended time while employees just stood there ignoring me. The first occurrence was on Sunset in Springdale about a week ago. I waited 10 minutes standing at the counter while 7 employees were walking back and forth passing by me. I gave up and left with no word spoken. Today is June 18th. My grandkids and I went to the store next to Walmart on south Thompson in Springdale. Four of us stood at the counter for over 12 minutes. Again multiple employees buzzing around, half of them just standing doing nothing. Again no one would even acknowledge us. We gave up again and left. This time I announced to the restaurant we were leaving due to lack of service. I do not blame the clueless teenage employees, but I do blame management for lack of training, accountability, basic manners and acknowledgement of having customers standing with not even a word. It was as if in both instances I, and we were completely invisible. Being completely disgusted, I will tell this story all over nw Arkansas when the opportunity arises. I don't believe the Google or Facebook review process can have a real effect so I'll be telling this story in person and i am pretty well known in the area by a lot of business owners and media professionals. Another long time national burger chain just closed their last nw Arkansas store last month. If you don't make very big changes to your management, training and vetting employees you will likely be next in a long line of restaurant losses in the last 5 years. Good bye and good luck. Signed. I prefer my burger fully cooked, not still mooing. Especially since I have a toddler & this would even more-so not be okay if his weren’t done either.

I’m only giving one star because I have to! This place is near my house kids always want it. The past few months I’ve been I have had horrific experiences with the staff! On top of being cut off constantly and arguing while ordering (because apparently I’m ordering incorrectly even though it’s literally the same every time) the staf huffs and puffs on the intercom and never say thank you or anything positive. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! I get to a window to pay which apparently change by the day by windows one and two. This time I have had it and will be contacting HR! The female at the first “pay” window literally had her hand on her head and back to me for over 5 minutes. Did not move. I drove to the 2nd window following traffic to pay bc I hadn’t paid. A terribly rude pregnant female yelled at me because I didn’t pay and slammed the window in my face. As I’m watching no one do anything. Then a manager brings her a till. She stands talking for another 7-10 minutes in drive through back facing me. Then slammed open the window for my money and slammed it on me as I asked for a manager. He came and as he was talking she was yelling over us both!! Saying I messed up and she did nothing wrong as she’s yelling then clinches her fist and puffs up shaking her head as if we are about to fight because she’s in the wrong. Then as I thank the manager he tells me sorry that happened and he has to get back to making burgers. Our food is clearly to cold to eat now and thrown together like the window!!! DO NOT GO here! Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had! She should not be employed at all! And management needs to manage and not be scared of some loud mouth female! I will see that this is dealt with accordingly! I promise! I’ve never seen something so terrible! This Wendy’s needs to shut down just horrible! One day had one guy running the entire store! Get it together! I will be posting on many social media sites as well! Ridiculous!

We placed our order online and picked it up at the counter. The dining area was very clean and we were the only customers inside so we sat at the bar area and enjoyed our burgers while we watched a few minutes of a football game. The staff was very nice, our order was accurate. It was a very good experience!

I really, really don’t like posting negative reviews, I’m doing this one more to help the staff, if possible. Newly open location so I definitely give lots of leeway, but crews seem jangly and stressed every single visit, not even busy, and lots of snapping at each other amongst staff, perhaps even managers and staff, (hard to tell titles from the drive through)….anyway, clearly not a team. Now, today, I placed an order through the app, pulled into drive through to pick up….there are now 13 cars in the drive through, I’ve been here 25 minutes and two cars have been served….and I can’t pull out of the drive through because there are 9 cars behind me….it’s genuinely crazy, like a twilight zone episode where you’re not even expecting the line to move anymore, I guess this is where I live now. I feel really sorry for the staff because something is terribly wrong inside.

Its nice to have a choice on this side of town. Always had good service and fantastic food. Started out great, now the drive thru takes FOREVER. The line barely moves. I have tried to order on the app, but they never open the dining room. Honestly hate that it went downhill so fast

Come here at least once a week in the mornings. Usually come between 7:20-8am and it is always outstanding. Cindy is always super nice to me and gets my food out super fast but it’s always super fresh and I love it. Amazing staff here, I am never disappointed and always coming back for my breakfast before class!

Very slow. Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes. One employee did not have a mask on and one had his nose stuck out most of the time. (The young woman had hers on right). Fayetteville has a mask ordinance in effect.
