This review comes from a former shift manager for the franchise 5 years ago. As I entered the lot, I noticed it was packed, but to be fair, it was lunch peak. I got inside, and immediately noticed both the drive thru and front counter runner screens had a full 8 on them, as well as kitchen main side, with second side not in use. I knew it was gonna take awhile, but was okay for now. I placed my order at the kiosk with no issue, as there was a line for counter. As I watched while waiting, I noticed more things. With over 10 people on shift, the second side should've been being used. There was confusion in the drive thru with a few things. I like that the runner generally stayed on screen, not pre-bumping everything, good job there for sure. After 17 minutes equating to 1020 seconds, my order is bumped and the number is called, time to eat. All my food was accurate, and based on quality, I'll say they didn't exceed the timers, so that's another thumbs up, though the fries did border it. The lobby cleanliness was acceptable, bathroom was good and smelled good too, but the beverage section needed attention, with trash and droplets everywhere. The sweet tea ran out during my visit. The unsweetened tea had no date stickers for the liner nor the tea, a health code violation. Another couple more things to note. The order screens did improve, but only a little. The digital menu screen inside was all out of service. The drive thru runner screen (didn't look at window) went down twice, full reboot. Those need to be fixed urgently. As I left, there were over 10 cars in the drive thru waiting to order, also with full drive thru screen. I did notice parking cars was being utilized, so that's good. I've been to this McDonald's multiple times with minor issues that weren't too big of a deal to me before but this last time was bad. Its 4pm, I just worked for 12 straight hours, trying to get fast easy food on my way home. My roommate/coworker and I decided this would be a good option and she mentions a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich sounding good so I decide to get the classic chicken deluxe sandwich. We get the meals, medium fries but large mcfrappes. The one who took our order was nice, got everything right on screen. They didn't give us our receipt which was weird but not a big deal. The man at the second window, was rude. He was very curt and a bit dismissive. We asked for one thing of buffalo sauce and he sighed like he was annoyed and said, "that'll be 32 cents." and then looked impatient with us while we counted out some change for a single sauce packet. I don't mind paying for it if that's a thing they charge for (though, I thought they only charged for extra sauces? not one single sauce?) but he didn't have to be rude about it. Additionally, out order was wrong. The drinks they gave us were mediums, not large. But since he handed it to us and then basically dismissed us and closed the window, we didn't bother. We also didn't have the receipt. But what really annoyed me about this trip was the way both sandwiches were marked as regular chicken sandwich deluxe, no spicy one. So my roommate accepted it and ate one of the sandwiches while I was doing something and then I took one bite of my sandwich, finally ready to eat, and it was spicy, just mislabeled. Appetite ruined, I couldn't eat the sandwich. I just ate my fries and had to throw the rest away. I hate wasting food and I hate writing bad reviews, but this was honestly unacceptable.

The cashier was friendly and professional. Only a few minutes to get my order, my iced coffee was just right. Restroom is always clean. I really like that. 😇

The overweight gentleman with long dark hair and glasses that works nights is always very unpleasant and makes it known that checking me out from the order I placed is a huge inconvenience for him every. Single. Time. He's very dismissive and the state of his uniform has made us lose our appetite. The food is consistently cold and the drink station is in really, really bad shape. The day shift is amazing is nothing close to this, definitely avoid this place at night.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the guys who said he was the manager was rude. They didn't get my order right and he told me I would have to go back through and reorder what I wanted and pay for it. That was after he spilled drinks down the side of my car and didn't even apologize. I went back to the window, because there was a line, asked for his name and he told me he didn't have time to talk to me. Slammed the window and walked away.

Avoid this place late night. Ran by teenagers who make fun of you for your order and are slow as you know what...was asked to pull forward with only one car behind and received cold food and when asked for ketchup was told it was at the bottom of the bag but when I checked and it wasn't there the lady rolled here eyes and went and brought out two packages for a 4 people meal. Will be talking to corporate. Daytime crew is much better. Hope the owner sees this and makes a chance to night management.

This McDonald's is...something. The area where the drinks and ketchup are is so disgusting that it induces loss of appetite. It is also impressive that 99% of the tables are empty yet they are all dirty. I am not sure when the last time the floor was mopped but it felt like I was walking on a frozen lake it was so slick. The food is decent, I will give them that, but the cleanliness of the store kills any positives that there are. I gave this McDonald's multiple chances but never again.

Me: I don't mind waiting for fresh made out-of-the-fryer..." Window: "absolutely sir we will make it fresh to order!" Me: totally disappointed 100% of the time when fries are soggy and cold burgers are slopped together with 360° ketchup everywhere. Somehow I always end up there in a pinch and it's the same story over and over. Finally getting around to leaving the one star that I should have left years ago.

Apple fritter had salt poured on top of it and was inedible. Hamburger wasn’t completely cooked. Almost got three drinks unloaded on me. At least this time we didn’t get yelled at for using reward points. Hence the two stars. Get it together people.

I stop by this McDonald’s every morning on my way to work. I use the mobile order app every morning. This morning I couldn’t get it to work. When I got to the 1st window the lady told me it just popped up and she was making sure it was me. She then told me that she couldn’t give me a receipt to get one at the first window. When I got to the first window the manager asked me if I had the big order I told him no I had only ordered one breakfast sandwich. I asked if I could get a receipt he walked off. Then my mobile app popped up that I had ordered $41 of breakfast sandwiches. I told him there was a mistake and he said it was to late I already paid and ask what can I do. I got my order and sandwiches are missing so now I’ve paid for sandwiches I didn’t want and now don’t have. And I still don’t have a paper receipt. I didn’t know this McDonald’s was hurting for money that they have to rob their customers.
