Hiring people that aren't fully trained to be on the floor, and ready to do my taxes, I just wanted to make sure they were done right after several back and forth mistakes and calls. We enjoyed the personality of the person who did our taxes, and assume they will be great after taking on more training. However after spending extra money to file here and after i have been filing here for 15 years, I definitely will no longer be using H & R block, Thanks to Marvin instead of reassuring us that our taxes were done correctly, he belittles the whole conversation and just tells us they're fine because he said so. Unfortunately your negative attitude and Reassurance isn't enough. Hope you find some peace in the world and i hope you can talk to people like they're decent human beings.

The worst place to get taxes done. They put incorrect account info after we called and asked to triple check that everything was correct. Turns out they missed a number after TRIPLE CHECKING and got a letter from the IRS saying that no account was found. Now they won’t even refund the extra money that we paid them to do our taxes. Awful attitudes too. Completely unprofessional and rude.

The app is very difficult to use and so is the website. It oftentimes does not work and it's difficult to navigate. Turbotax is much easier to use.

Your pricing!! I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block for 20-plus years and I never get a discount😠 I think that loyal customers like myself should be able to get some sort of discount because of our loyalty!!!
