I should have qualified for an advanced loan you're going to h&r block for 10 plus years and got denied and could he really use the money because of the times and the world today so my feeling is upset thank you

I filed for a non tax in order to get a stimulus check and I do believe they did it wrong and they haven't gotten back intouch. They are not very kowledgeable or competent!

Your prices. Retired military veterans are lumped in with people who have large pension accounts. I cannot control what form my income is printed on, but you can stop charging retirees with income less than 40 thousand 200 dollars to file. I may have to find another service, i feel like you are discriminating against vetrans.

It was not due to Kym as she was fantastic and a pleasure to have her work with us. we just were shocked at the cost of having the taxes done. My Mom's is what really shocked us for just simple taxes, we were told it would be around $45.00 to $75.00 then when went to pick hers up and took stuff in to have ours finished, hers ended up to be $ 138.00 Ours was a shocker as well! I figured a couple hundred but ended up to be 533.00. I don't understand that how personal was $250.00 alone. So this is the reason we will be going elsewhere.
