Usually it's a real headache when dealing with customer service. My experience with the folks that work at this particular AT&T outlet however have restored my faith in the customer service system. I'm greeted with a smile and never feel as if I'm asking questions they would rather not be burdened with. They have been helpful kind and courteous each time I've been there. Keep up the good work y'all.

This company,the phone company takes so long time to fix any issues you might have. Which is not all bad because they take care of your problem with care. It would just would help if they would hire 2 extra people instead of just have one person working.

I was in the Brinkley AT&T store and was assisted by an associate by the name of Summer. I had just dropped my phone in a bayou and was terribly flustered. Feeling frustrated and rife with angst, I was in a cold place. However Summer, like her name suggests, shined a bright ray of sunshine on my situation. She was helpful, friendly and considerate. She sensed my cloudy mood and pushed those clouds away with her beaming level of customer service and care.
