I am giving this 5 stars bc despite the crowd from the Halloween community party next door...we had a great experience. Particularly need to compliment Justin who had one of the best attitudes I've seen with customers, other workers and encouraging his manager too...was jumping in to train and help others while working the floor himself. An asset to the local Wendy's.. He, with Dakota, gave the best customer experience I've had in awhile. Great work young men! Keep it up.

I came to the drive-thru at 9:05 p.m. on 9-30-22. The drive thru lights were off and they were turning customers away. I pulled to the speaker box and was told they were closed. They only waited on the cars that had already ordered. This location closes at 10pm.

I ordered a Parmesan Cesar Salad from here the other day and in return ended up having the worst food poisoning of my entire life. Very disappointed, please do better.

The food was fine but they are super light on all of their condiments and sauces. Even when I order extra sauce I have to bring it back because the burger has so little sauce on it.

When we came last week they really screwed our order up. I called to let them know and Jeremy was kind enough to let us get new burgers on our next visit, which was today. The burgers were done right this time and made up for last time. Love their half n half frosties! ❤ Everyone was very friendly and helpful on my visit today. My biggest complaint is that the food is never warm when we get it. The burger always tastes like it's been sitting around for awhile and not even warm. The fries could stand to be more fresh as well.

I'm giving one star I left wendy today around 6:45 8,11,22. I went inside to order my food the you lady took my order .as she was putting my fries in the bag one of my fries fell out the box .she caught it with her bare hands and put it back in my feint box . I had to throw them away. Not only that this young man was running the fryers. Remind you he working around food . As I was watching them fix the food . He had the audacity to spit in the trash can right by the fry station . I will be calling corporate and not be going there anymore.Covid still lingering ,Monkey Poxs also . Net time I will be going live if I ever decide to go back there .for right now I'm not . Where the under cover Boss needs to go there

I usually like this place, the last time I went I was coming off a little irritated trying to make sure my wife's order was correct considering her food allergies. I ordered a cheesy baked potato and I made sure to ask for sour cream and butter on the side. When I got home she looked at her food, it was one of the smallest potatoes they could have given her and they didn't evengive her sour cream or butter... She took it back, they told her judging by the size, somebody intentionally gave a her the small potato! Either way, I realize this is trivial, but, it's the principal of it all. They made it right by giving a much bigger potato with the fixings we asked for to begin with on the side. To the person that decided to short us what we paid for, I hope you find integrity some where along the way. Thanks

Worst experience I ever had. My grandmother and mother had lunch together and brought me was supposed to be the hot honey chicken sandwich grilled but they got the wrong sandwich. So much grandmother and I went back and got a new one. I looked and they still got it wrong so we went back and got blamed for the sandwich we received by saying that is what we ordered and that is not true. Very displeased with the listening skills and dishonesty.

The breakfast here is great. It's always a coin flip whether or not somebody will take my order in the morning. The last two times in the past two weeks I've tried to get breakfast here I've sat at the drive-thru speaker for a few minutes with no answer. Ended up going to Sonic down the road.
