I took my Husqvarna chainsaw in for a broke chain brake. I was told it wouldnt take too long to get it fixed. I went in 2 weeks later and was told the part was on order. 2 weeks after that I went in to check on it and was told the guy that was working on it had it done but wasnt in. I got a call an hour later telling me that not only was the work not done yet but the paperwork had been misplaced and they had to order the part!!! Lance offered to let me barrow his saw. When I told him to forget about it and I would be coming by to get my saw he got irrate and started yelling. Needless to say I retrieved my saw and will not be going back. STAY AWAY!

Lee Sales, commercial sales, ordering, small engine auto repair etc. Great small business, the lot is always full of new yard machines by series and specification rivaling much larger stores like Lowes. If I need to order parts, I call Lee Auto. The answering machine works. I noticed a secretary now. If Mr. Lee makes a mistake he aims to rectify it and he has always given me a decent rate on the parts he orders for me or the work needed on the machine. I appreciate this business and the people employed here. Sincerely, a customer of 5+ years.

Extremely dishonest, double charged me and wouldn't refund the over- charge. Wouldn't contact me when I left my phone number to discuss the over-charge.

Good people, and good equipment, but just too disorganized, eclectic, scattered and, ultimately, unprofessional for me to stick with. Got my mower tuned up. Went fine. Chainsaw tune up... took forever and done improperly. Had to take it elsewhere. Staff (of 1) couldn't do credit card transaction, so had to wait for owner to get back. I hope Lee can settle on one or two areas out of the many he's trying to handle (i.e., building and selling trailers, vehicle sales, lawn care mowers, tractors, small equipment sales, repair, hauling hay, etc.)
