First time in the store. A young man was nice and helpful at first, then got tied up with another customer. I waited in front of the counter to be helped by the man or/or the woman behind the counter (8 feet away in plain sight). Never even looked my way. I literally waved my arms. No help. Not even a glance. The man and woman were too busy talking to what appeared to be a friend, and the man was cursing. Cursing in front of a customer. The store actually had something that I was looking for and willing to purchase, but they did a fantastic job convincing me that I do not want to purchase anything from their store.

I recently purchased a new Stihl Trimmer from Horn"s.. Between Layne in Sales and Justin in the Service Department, I've definitely found a new dealer. These guys were extremely knowledgeable AND patient with me. As I stated earlier, they got the sale and will get many more sales from my company. AWESOME CYSTOMER SERVICE!!! WAY TO GO, GUYS!!!

Only been to this place once, with my husband, but it was definitely worth a look around. So if you're ever in the area, stop and check it out. You never know what you didn't think you needed until you come have a looksy around the place. Five stars four sure,!

This place is awesome for Stihl chainsaws. They have so much in stock and Layne the sales guy knows his stuff. I highly recommend Horns Outdoor.

After purchasing a new bow from Horns, I left it with them to get fitted for me; however, that never happened. I found myself calling back to remind the bow technician what I wanted the draw weight and let off let off to be. When I got the bow back. The rest was not plumb causing the arrow to be crooked. The incorrect module was on the cam, nearly 3-inches shorter draw length than I needed, among many other things. I did not have a very good experience and ending have to drive to Little Rock to get it corrected and spend more money. As it turns out, I had a close of friend mine take his bow there and same thing happened. They did not touch the bows and charged labor. I will not use again. Expensive, batteries $160.00 - went to Walmart and bought a simular battery for $60.00. Wasn't able to buy a air filter for my lawn mower. Their computer system didn't cross reference Craftsman parts. I will never be able to get back the 30 minutes of my life that I wasted in that store.
