Took my grasshopper to get serviced. Wasn't running right, would shut off after a few minutes run time. Took almost a month a charged $850 for the service and repairs. Got it home, and still shut after a few minutes run time. Took it back, they charged another $93 to flush the fuel tank and lines. I wasn't happy with the charge, the guy offered to talk to a manager to get 10% off..I told him to keep his 10% and paid the full bill. A few years ago I bought Stihl chainsaw, same place, took it home. Went to start it and the rope came out. Took it back up there, they charged me $45 for a new rope installed. Got it home again, went to start it ,rope came out again. WTH. Fixed it myself that time and no problems since. I dunno, sales guys and parts guys are ok, but service is really lacking in my experience. Seem to be more worried about making a $$ than keeping a customer. Will likely go elsewhere next time.

Bought Cub Cadet elsewhere and wouldn't start after a couple of weeks. They picked up and had for a couple of weeks before they got to it. Said just a blown fuse, but everything else tested fine and was working great. Had to pay about $130 for the pickup/drop off and diagnostics. They dropped the mower back off while I was at work. Went to move it to the backyard, and wouldn't start for the same issue I took it in for. Called them immediately and they came out the next day to pick up again and figure it out. Got it back and seems to be working. I think if I were to do it again, I would just get the mower from them in the first place instead of the chain store that is just worried about getting it out the door.

Dave did not try to upsell anything or add any additional unnecessary charges. He gave us unbiased facts and let us know the best choice mower for exactly what we needed. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in what he is selling and helped talk us through the financing options to get exactly the payment we were looking for. Scheduling delivery was a breeze, but they also offer same day pick up. Right Choice is the right choice. ✅️

We live 35 miles from the store but well worth the trip. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable! They took the time to go over the different brands pros/cons, price points and size. I’ve researched price and they beat other local dealers. Looking to buy a mower, this is the place! We purchased a mower and will be back for all our outdoor equipment needs. Doing business with this company was definitely the Right Choice!! Jerry and Matt were great to deal with. They gave me a good trade in for my old mower. What impressed me the most was simply that they didn't try to push me to spend more than I needed to. Jerry actually gave me another option that would have been substantially less expensive. Jake was courteous and knowledgeable on the mower I needed. All the sales and service people were excellent. The business owner and I talked for 20 minutes in the back lot. Would highly recommend filling your equipment needs here. The Rogue with 35 hp motor and 61 inch deck it's a tank.

After buying 40+ ac, we've seen the fine gentlemen at Right Choice for several projects. Most recently for a zero turn lawn mower. After narrowing it down to 3 my husband texts me asking thoughts and feelings. I did the only the thing I could, I drove there myself! Dave not only compared the makes and models all over again for me but explained why this was this and that was that. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of the levels of equipment and even offered to let us drive in a field across the street. With no intention of buying at all we went and had lunch to discuss pros and cons, then went back and purchased. Thanks again guys for all your help, and a special shout out to Dave for tolerating all of our questions! If you need anything outdoorsy work related, then see these folks!
