So happy with our new Toro mower from T-P sales! Set up, test run, and delivery were all included! and the other dealers in the area were charging extra for that! I used buying the new mower as an opportunity to teach my son, who just turned 11, how to mow the lawn. I had him try the old mower, and he didn't like it at all, but as soon as he tried the Toro with electric start and Personal pace self-propel he declared that mowing the lawn was fun! I have to fully agree! The super recycler mulches so well that my lawn looks like carpet! And with the personal pace, I'll mow the lawn in half the time I used to!! No hassle on the sale, and the owner matched the price offered by his competitors even though he offered more than they did. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish, and looking forward to working with T-P sales in the future to keep my mower running at peak performance!

I took my Craftsman riding mower here earlier this week to have it serviced since it wouldn't start. They were able to get my mower in same day and had diagnosed the (first) issue fast and estimated being able to get it back to me by the end of the week. Unfortunately there was a secondary issue that didn't make itself known until they fixed my carburetor issue that rendered my mower totally dead. I ended up buying a new Craftsman from a big box store and as I swung back to grab my deck wash attachment and bagger bolts. They came out to advise me on things I should know about and do during the break in period, even though I didn't even buy it from them. They were super helpful and the service was fast. The bill to repair it was going to be totally reasonable, and even better, when they weren't able to repair it in the end they waived the bill. Definitely will be coming back for future service needs.

Mechanically challenged people probably should steer clear from this place, so they don't get taken for a ride in my opinion. The guy at the counter told me they were closing soon at 12:15 when google says hours were until 1:00. He also couldn't even order a starter pulley when I told him the make and model (a more forgivable mistake considering their signs). I couldnt find a serial number so we brought the machine in. He wanted to keep my machine and "give me a call." I would imagine there would have been a labor fee for finding this part. The salesman didn't even fight for my business and told me I should take my machine if I was that concerned. I found the correct part myself on the internet in less than 5 minutes going through the efco manuals and ordering on ebay. The guy at the counter could have handled it if I gave him the part number. Being honest, I didnt give this place a dime, so I cant speak about the rest of their service at all. I just had the impression that they were not in the customer's best interest.

Very mixed review: Pros: Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The final bill came in under the estimate. They were able to pick up and drop off my riding mower. Provided a loaner push mower. Cons: Very poor communication... I had to call several times to check the status on my rider. I was told it would be done, then called... neither happened when they said it would. Dropped of my rider on the wrong date. Overall I will use them again. The fix took a few days longer, but came in under the estimate. If the communication kinks can be worked out, they seem to have good staff.

Run as fast as you can the other way! This place used to be amazing! We've lived in the area for more than 20 years and always brought our mowers to be serviced. Recently apparently its now under new ownership, and I highly encourage you to run the other way! We brought a Simplicity Rider mower to them and told them exactly what needed to be fixed, they ordered the part, I called a week later, and was told the wrong part was ordered, and they needed to order a different part. I called back and left a message that I would be on vacation for a week and I would pick it up upon my return as they had more than a week to get the new part and install it. I called upon my return from vacation only to find out the part was still on order. I am now 2+ weeks without the part or the fixed rider. Now I am back at square more than 2 weeks behind. A complete waste of time!! I would've been much more patient had they at least called me to keep me in the loop, but everytime I needed to call and they always had an excuse, not to mention my riding mower sat out in the weather/rain for 2 weeks. This company needs to learn how to provide better customer service and communication with its clients and potential clients. A few simple phone calls to keep me in the loop would've been great, or provide a timeline as to when it will be completed so I can determine how long i'd be without a mower.

We dropped our mower off at the end of April. TP Sales said it would be ready in a couple of weeks. We picked it back up today (6/8) without the repair being completed. Here's what happened. We called about once a week to check. Each Time, the Sales person apologized and said it wouldn't be much longer another week or so. He stated problems of just hired employees that weren't trained yet. Today, when we picked up the riding mower, TP Sales stated it shouldn't be more than two weeks, even after being told we dropped off the mower five weeks ago. When we said we had been told that multiple times, the counter person blamed an employee for lying and that he just hired another two people (implying he was the owner or at minimum a manager responsible for hiring). We just wanted our mower back to take somewhere else. We pulled it out of the line up from the same spot my husband had dropped it off. The owner then walked back into the store and left my husband and I to load the rider into the back of our pickup truck. A decent person would have helped us load it up, even after losing the sale as a measure of genuine apology.

I was told I would get a phone call with the diagnosis before any repair was done. Didn't happen. I was told I would get a phone call when it was done. Didn't happen. The two people ( one was barely out of his teens ) were racing mowers in the parking lot when I stopped at one point to check progress. I realize it's their busy season right now. So maybe get someone to help? Where's the owner? No where around. And practice basic business/customer service. I DO NOT recommend this place.
