Refused to do warranty work on tractor since I did not buy my tractor from there. Made many other purchases through them, but only reason I didn’t buy tractor there initially was because they had zero in stock and couldn’t order me one. I definitely will not be purchasing any additional supplies or parts from them in the future.

Drove to Glenwood today from Hot Springs to see their inventory of used tractors. When we arrived, we walked around their lot, although several people were outside, not ONE person said" hello" or " can we help you?" We then decided to check inside the sales office. Finally found the office cat, and their office person. She asked if she could help, and we told her we were in the market for a nice used tractor. She told us "James" was outside, but would be inside in a few minutes. About 2 minutes later, another man came inside, looked at us very suspiciously and finally asked if he could help us. Again looking for a nice used tractor. Again, told to wait for James. Two people that could not be bothered to pull up the inventory, tell us what they had, and the price. That was more than enough for us. We will take our business else where.

We bought our tractor from them a couple of months ago. Since then we have bought some attachments. Today, they went out of their way to help us find a tip for our auger that will cut through hard ground more easily. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

After my son bought his tractor and equipment, it took 4 months to get delivered. I had to go there in person to get his mower, 7 months later and it wasn't even ready then. I'd give it negative numbers if I could.

Just bought my 5th tractor from Glenwood equipment. Have always received an excellent trade in price, and a very competitive price on the tractor I purchased. Service after sale has always been great.

They came picked my tractor up in may for frontend work, i got it back 4 months later. Someone had stolen my horn/light switch and my wiring harness not to mention my steering wheel bolt cap. Pin had been taken from my loader and replaced with a long pen. Now i have no lights to work after dark or flashing lights to drive down the road, not to mention the horn my grandson loved to push when he rode on it with me.I told the owner with no response,. I finally paid them the $2000 they billed me for but i wouldnt buy anything from them or recommend sending anything to them for repair. I know i won't, expensive lesson learned for me. And to top it off it turns ok to the right but doesn't turn very sharp to the left. I got burnt good on this deal.

I wouldn't take my equipment here had a Bobcat they kept for almost 2weeks ordered part on Monday dropped my equipment on Wed was wanting to give them more business get equipment serviced ,buy some accessories gave these people my email,phone to send info on accessories,Hell I couldn't get a single person to return calls ,they told me it would be ready in couple of days , tomorrow finally the following Friday i had enough went and picked it up and it had not been moved an inch . Also following week I did some surveying on the property most shops you hear air sockets ,banging around,i didn't see a person even working that was several hrs so can't say they was at lunch. I recommend for Bobcats take to Hugg & Hall Equipment in Little Rock may be a further drive but you will actually get it fixed Right!!!!! Google made me give a star Otherwise -5 *

The alleged mechanic is going through a divorce and that's why your equipment is never fixed. It just sits in the junkyard out back for weeks or more...as long as you let it sit there. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

First I called to place an order for a Kioti tractor part; claimed all went well and it was ordered. Went by there in about three weeks and they had no idea about my part ordered. They told me to get the part number and call them back and they would reorder; guess what, would not even take my call. Had the lady who answers the phone give me the run around. The men were rude and I will call the Kioti dealer ship and let them know how they could care less if they sold a part or tractor!
