Worst experience of my life! Front office lady Teri rude and rolled her eyes at me because I still had question about a mistake that was made with my Son's taxes. Horrible communication with questions our tax agent had for us and in the end after paying 400.00 for our taxes my W-2 form wasn't added to our taxes. We will not be returning next year!

I went there to file my taxes. I thought it’d be quick but it wasn’t at all. I waited for 3 weeks and came to find out the employee that was in charge of filing them was on vacation for those 3 weeks. The least he could have done was finish filing my taxes before he went on vacation. I went there and took back my W-2 forms. I had to go somewhere else because that employee was unprofessional and didn’t get the job done right away.
