I called last minute and the manager Tom got me in right away the same day. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions I had. They were efficient, too. Yesterday I had my taxes done going in thinking I was going to have pay something. The very nice lady who help me was so Awesome! So all in all when it was all said and done I walked out not owning a dime. If you haven't had your taxes done yet stop in and see them tell them I sent you in , not saying everyone will have the same out come as me but they will do there best to get you all the deductions they can.

I’ve been doing my own taxes online for years but I made the right choice coming to Liberty. After filling out my TurboTax I was supposed to owe hundreds of dollars in State and Federal taxes. Last year, smack dab in the middle of tax season, I desperately needed assistance in filling out some complex tax docs. I called five or six other tax services and no one could help me for at least a month. My final call was to Liberty Tax. They scheduled an appointment for me the following day with Tom Ames. He was so kind and patient and did an excellent job in advising me and completing the paperwork as needed. Needless to say, I went back to them again this year to handle my tax returns. Everyone that works there is so nice and friendly ~ You feel welcome and comfortable the minute you walk through the door! I highly recommend them!
