Went in asking to use the bathroom and was refused even after presenting medical documentation of my disability (IBS). NY state has a law allowing use of private business restrooms for those with my condition and is also protected under the ADA of 1990 yet the business refuses to acknowledge the laws. Will be reporting to the proper authorities for non compliance.

I came to actually meet a client but the staff was so attentive without being overbearing that I decided I have lunch. Same ole reliable Subways fare but a cozy comfy atmosphere

Worst experience at this subway franchise. The worker there served the meat in the sandwich as if I was begging, rather than buying it, so I asked her if she was the owner of this franchise? She said yes at first, and she said no. When I told her about how she served me my sandwich, she didn't know what to say. Never going back there.

Speedy service, and employees seemed friendly. I went in there to use a coupon that I had, but they DO NOT accept any sort of coupons. The employee was reluctant to accept the receipt with the survey number that I had, and gave me the wrong number of cookies for the survey that I took. Must PAY ATTENTION to what they are doing. And sometimes they have stale cookies, hard as rocks.

This is like any other subway you might visit throughout the country. You order your customized sandwich and itll come out good. However I do have two rather petty complaints. First off all, put of the 6 times ive went, twice has the customer service experience been slow. Secondly it is a small building which is being shared with another food place. Overall though they're pretty good, placed near my school which is a big plus and serves great sandwiches
