Worst service ever for takeout. Always get 2 or 3 items missing even though the receipt lists everything. I would give them a zero if I could. This is how my Big Mac came. The top bun was in the middle ~Jorge

Definitely would not come back here. They let anybody come inside and stay as long as they want so you get the wrong crowds of people hanging around the restaurant (especially at night). It's just an unsafe location and pretty unsanitary too. The entire restaurant looks worn down so you can probably imagine what the restrooms look like. It's sad because this is the closest McDonald's from me. I never would have expected it to be so poorly managed. ~Jonathan

The customer service here is always excellent, the staff is very friendly. The food is always tasty and fresh, I will always come to this spot they know how to make the customers happy. I never had any single issue with my orders. Most Popeyes I go to either have dried out chicken or don’t get my order correct. These guys repeat each order and make sure you leave with sauce for your chicken and fresh food. ~Amanda

I ordered the 9 piece family meal and a large drink that came up to $34 and change. The service was friendly and not to long. I had to wait for the red beans and rice, but it sukked! The fries were the winner. I asked for spicy Cajun chicken, but it lacked spicy and Cajun, just tasted like crunchy salt. The meat was juicy and the biscuits were ok if you ate them right away. This was my second time to a Popeyes in years and will try again at another location someday ~Aaron

I asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me Mac and cheese 😞. By the time I realized it I was already back at work and couldn’t return. Bummer. Also, I had a chicken sandwich but their chicken was old. Like a few days. It wasn’t fresh at all. Really sucks when you try to train new people and they both get it wrong. Never again. ~Jose

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order online, my order is always missing an item. I use to work customer service, so I understand mistakes here and there, but it is EVERY TIME. I'm trying to understand why no one is double checking the orders. It is beyond ridiculous. Plus, they also do not give out condiments. ~Alisha

Normally Popeyes always surpasses my expectations and I get exactly what I ordered which is a great filling meal, however this time that didn't happen. I ordered a chicken tender meal and a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken tender coating was extremely hard to bite into and the chicken itself was tough and dry, so it was sitting for a long time. The chicken sandwich was also not up to par either with similar issues being dry and tough chicken, don't know where they got this bird from but it must have been working out something fierce to be that tough, even the soda machine was broken and had no diet options for diabetic customers. The McDonald's experience was good considering the time of day I visited and the breakfast option was decent. The seating was okay and the ambiance was average. The place was not too spacious but had enough room for the customers to come in and order. All in all a good experience. ~Bevaun

One of the worst Big Macs I’ve had. Fries 🍟 tasted stale as if they we’re sitting for a while. Not hot, very disappointed. I’m not complaining about Mac Donald’s …just complaining about this particular location. I’ve had McDonald’s at other locations which have been very good. The Big Mac bread was stale and the beef pattie was dry. Do better . ~Julio

Tim Hortons is a great coffee place. The staff are friendly, service was great. Love that this coffee stand has raw sugar option. If you need your coffee fix, and are waiting for the LIRR or Air Train to JFK definitely check out this place. They also carry donuts, bagels, muffins, and other other items such as tea, and iced coffee. ~pt
