Staff was very nice and friendly, but donuts was unpleasant. I ordered Timbits and some donuts at around 10pm and all of them was soggy. Even the sugar glaze on Timbits was melted when I pick one of them to eat. Timbits are supposed to be coverd by thick sugar glazed so it makes the donut stay longer and taste unique. However, those donuts seemed like they had been sitting on the counter for a long time or the employees failed to check up the counter thermometer(sugar glazes was not crunch at all) Overall, donut was stale and unfresh sugar glaze was barely cover the donut.

I have been waiting to try these for a few days and now I have to go back later and complain.The lady can’t even follow simple instructions.On top of that, the lady had a horrible attitude and was disrespectful.

i’ve tried multiple items and it’s honestly unpleasant. 1) iced cap- sweeter than an iced frap from starbucks. i’d recommend it if you’re a 12 year old trying to get into coffee. 2) iced caramel latte- I’d much rather get one from dunkin or starbucks. rly watery and the syrup doesn’t taste good. not impressed. 3) grilled cheese panini- save your taste buds and do not get. 4) tuna sandwich- ALSO DO NOT GET. It tastes like a sandwich you’d get in a middle school cafeteria. 5) iced vanilla latte- pretty average. I’d rather get it from somewhere else. 6) timbits- they taste almost exactly like munchkins from any other coffee shop. not anything special. 7) egg & cheese on crossiant- the only thing that’s worth getting on the menu. unfortunately, it seems they only serve it in the morning. the staff in the upstairs Tim hortons has a pleasant attitude but the ones downstairs are pretty rude.
