I ordered grocery delivery and it used to come from the La Crescenta store. I have been using your grocery delivery since 2015. Recently Von's changed the store that the groceries come from. I never shop at this store as they do not carry most of the items I'm looking for. The last 2 weeks I haven't been able to get the bottled water that I ordered. Last week instead of iceburg lettuce they gave me cabbage and the week beforethat they substituted disinfecting wipes for cleanser that you sprinkle in the sink! Hopefully I can find another store in the neighborhood that delivers groceries, that stocks these basic items.

This place is pretty dark and seems to be struggling keeping merchandise in the shelves. I have been here a couple times for simple items and they just haven't had them. The drugstore next door seems better stocked.

It's like an Eastern-bloc grocery store where you wait in long lines, and many items are often out of stock. It's like Von's Senior Management is sending a loud message to their customers - "PLEASE DON"T SHOP AT THIS STORE. WE DON'T VALUE YOU OR WANT YOU HERE!!!". This was not a one-time occurrence. Frequently only 1-2 checkers working, no self-checkout, and no Manager in sight. I've had better experiences in Beirut grocery stores.
