This Starbucks is finally back to normal after the pandemic. However they do still move quite a bit slower than most other Starbucks. So expect to be waiting an additional 10-15 mins than usual, even if you order ahead on the app. Not sure why, especially considering the now closed nearby Jamaica Ave location didn't have this issue either, nor has any other of the multiple Starbucks I've ordered from across the boroughs

This place is nice place ! But what much costumer take out his shoes, that is no healthy for others costumers ! What happen do everybody take out shoes ???

the employees were pretty rude to me. food gave me nausea almost made me throw up and went to bathroom so I wouldn’t possibly vomit on the table and after 5 mins the employee tried to barge in and yell at me to get out. the food needs to be checked there and some of the employees attitudes…

Love the workers there. Super friendly and understanding. Had an interview and asked the front if they can lower the music. Got the job! Since it's Jamaica and a central transit center, not the cleanest but better than what I expected.

I pick it up to go and when I got home and opened the lid it was foamy and as you can see empty from the top— AND THIS WAS BEFORE MY FIRST SIP. This is my closest Starbucks, meaning it would be a 15 minute walk. While it’s not my first time here. Other orders have been accurate in the past — this time around I clearly felt disappointed and feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth in my purchase.

This starbucks is a nice location and the workers are so friendly and well trained. This location will give people water for free which is so nice because the weather is so hot. I find this so amazing that they do this! The location could be a bit cleaner being that they get a lot of customers.
